On The Improvement Of The Adult Guardianship System In Our Country

The perfect adult guardianship system and the social security system built on this basis play an important role in the stability and development of today's society.In recent years,under the background of the rising concept of human rights protection,many countries in the world have introduced advanced legislative concepts to reform and improve their adult guardianship system,which has achieved good results in further maintaining social stability and development.In order to further improve the guardianship system of new adults improved by the General Principles of Civil Law,the study combines with the important period of compiling the Civil Code in China.Through the study of the basic theory,historical evolution and legislative status of adult guardianship system,this paper makes a comparative study of the contents of the General Principles of Civil Law and the General Principles of Civil Law,discusses the improvement of the old adult guardianship system,the deficiencies of the existing laws and regulations in the General Principles of Civil Law,and then makes a comparative study of the current adult guardianship system in the continental law system and the common law system.By absorbing the international community and advanced legislative concepts,combined with the development trend of international adult guardianship system and China's situation,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of adult guardianship system that are more suitable for our country's situation and social development needs.
