Case Work Involved Research On The Improvement Of Self-confidence Of Rural Factual Orphans

At present,the number of orphans in China has exceeded the number of orphans.Facts orphans cannot enjoy the welfare of orphans because of their guardians.Facts orphans are in a crisis of survival and development.They are more difficult,more pitiful,and more worthy of sympathy than orphans.More vulnerable groups that are worth helping.In recent years,the state has gradually introduced policies to include them in the protection of children in distress.In some areas,special policies have been issued on the rescue of de facto orphans.Facts have gradually gained the attention of the state and society.At present,the rescue of factual orphans is mainly on the material level.Facts orphans often have problems of lack of self-confidence due to their own cognition,family changes,lack of peer groups,lack of psychological education in schools,and inadequate social care,which seriously affects normal Learning life,there is an urgent need to improve their self-confidence.Focusing on the above problems,this paper takes case work as the basic method and systematically studies the self-confidence of rural orphans.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,literature research,concept definition and theoretical basis,research methods and research ideas and innovations.The second part studies the measurement and performance characteristics of self-confidence of rural orphans in L County,the analysis of the causes of the orphan family and the lack of self-confidence,and the necessity of casework to increase the self-confidence of rural orphans.The third part is the study of casework practice design,which mainly discusses the background of the case,the collection of case master information and the needs of the client,the case service target and the case service strategy and service plan.The fourth part is the case service process and implementation,mainly the eight activities involved in the case,focusing on the individual case.In the process of carrying out the practice,the psychosocial treatment model is selected to analyze the facts orphans from the perspectives of physiology,psychology and society.The problem is to serve the client with casework skills such as empathy,listening,encouragement,self-disclosure,acceptance,confrontation,and clarification.The fifth part is the evaluation and closing.In the process of evaluation,the results are evaluated based on the results of the Rosenberg Self-confidence Scale before and after the evaluation.At the same time,the service target achievement degree assessment,the case satisfaction survey and evaluation,and the social work self-evaluation are carried out.evaluation of.The sixth part is a professional summary and reflection on the case work.In this way,through the intervention of individual cases,the self-confidence of the factual orphans in rural areas of L County has achieved good results.
