Research On Defective Car Recall System

In recent years,with the continuous development of our national economy,the automobile industry has also shown a prosperous scene.A large number of automobile brands are constantly emerging,and the choice of residents has increased continuously,It has contributed to improving the living standards of our residents.According to the traffic management bureau of the ministry of public security,at the end of 2017,There are 320 million motor vehicles in China,of which 220 million are automobiles.While the car brings convenience to the daily life of the consumer,it also causes property damage and personal injury due to its defects.According to investigation,The General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine has sorted out the domestic automobile recalls in September 2018.The data shows that in this natural month in September,17 announcements of car recalls were issued and a total of 4.11 million vehicles were recalled.The survey found that there are a lot of problems about automobile recall system still being perfected.These problems are highlighted by the defective automobile recall system is not sound,and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers are not fully guaranteed.This essay is based on the analysis of the basic theories of the recall system of defective cars.It mainly has five parts:The first part is the explanation of the research background,research significance and research methods.The second part is to introduce the concept of the defective product recall system,by distinguishing and analyzing the concept of similarity,clarified the meaning of the defective automobile recall,On this basis,the status quo of the defective car recall system was analyzed.The third part,points out the problems of defective automobile recall system in our country at present from three angles:legislative problems,lack of certification standards and incomplete national compulsory recall system.The fourth part focuses on the extraterritorial experience of the defective car recall system in the United States and Japan,and their influence on the improvement of defective automobile recall system in China.At the same time,puts forward suggestions to improve the system in China.The fifth part,based on the current situation and existing problems of the system in China,draws on extraterritorial experience and puts forward reasonable suggestions for improving the defective automobile recall system from four perspectives.
