Analysis Of The Problems And Countermeasures In The Network Information Security Management Of Our Country's Administrative Agencies

Network information technology,represented by big data and artificial intelligence,is playing an increasingly important role in the development of social economy.In practice,Chinese administrative organs have launched electronic office and information disclosure on a large scale,making great strides towards the informationization and transparency of management and service.However,due to the lack of awareness of network information security of a small number of administrative staff,unable to keep pace with the development of the times,resulting in the lack of guarantee of network information security management,lack of supporting systems,network information security is facing increasingly severe challenges and tests.Aiming at improving the management level and guarantee ability of network information security of administrative organs in China,this paper systematically studies the current situation of network information security management of administrative organs at home and abroad by means of literature research,systematic analysis and comparative study,clarifies relevant concepts,highlights its characteristics and important position,mainly aiming at the internal personnel’s negligence in management and the negligence of secret information carriers.Leakage,hidden dangers of network node management,leakage control of equipment maintenance management and other issues are analyzed from the perspectives of personnel awareness,management system,system implementation and technical means.The advanced experience of information security management in the United States,the European Union and Russia is used for reference,and warning cases at home and abroad are analyzed.Finally,a sound collaborative system of network information security management is put forward.Four suggestions are put forward to improve the management system of network information security,train information security managers and enhance the technical ability of network information security management.
