As China's comprehensive deepening reforms continue to deepen,the state and social structure are constantly dynamically adjusted,and social forces gradually develop new social organizations.Chambers of cormerce are an important part of social organizations and major organizational forms.Chambers of Commerce are increasingly important in social development,character of.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out the need to strengthen the construction of grassroots party organizations in social organizations,play its role as a strong battle fortress,and create space and direction for the development of party building work in the Chamber of Commerce.It is urgent to study the status quo,experience,problems and countermeasures of the party building development of the chamber of commerce.First of all,starting from the macro level,on the basis of clarifying the basic concepts and role functions of the party building of the Chamber of Commerce,we will further understand the necessity and main basis for strengthening the party building of the Chamber of Commerce.Secondly,with the help of in-depth interviews,participation observation and text analysis,this paper effectively analyzes the dynamic process of party building development in the Chamber of Commerce of Yangzhou City,and finds that the party organization of the Chamber of Commerce is in the purpose of establishment,function onentation,organizational structure and action logic.And the characteristics of construction and other aspects are remarkable,showing the logic of carrying out the party building work of the Chamber of Commerce in the process of economic and social changes and policy development,summarizing and refining the experience of party building development of the Chamber of Commerce,and analyzing various factors that promote the unique development law of party building in the Chamber of Commerce.Discriminating the problems expressed in the empirical facts,mainly the lack of understanding of party building thoughts,the unclear subject of responsibility,the backward working methods and the incomplete working mechanism;and farther exploring the main causes of the problems,the heterogeneity of party building,the late start of party building in the Chamber of Commerce,and the function of party building DifBcuIties and party construction activities are less.In the end,based on the universal connection at the meso level,combined with the effective experience and difficulties of the party building development of the Chamber of Commerce,the paper proposes a "four-type linkage" path choice and makes a future-oriented discussion.The Party Building Work of the New Era Chamber of Commerce carries out the basic standpoints,viewpoints and methods of adhering to Marxism,implements Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and constantly opens up new fields,provides new experience,and condenses new forces in grassroots party building work.The focus of guiding the healthy development of the new economic organizations and uniting and guiding the healthy development of the private economics is a vivid practice that reflects the Chinese Communist Party's governance strategy.
