Strengthen The Study Of The Party Building Path Of The New Social Organization

In recent years,the new social organizations is rapidly growing up.However the development of new organizations is also facing obvious problems and challenges,such as weak motivation,imbalanced regional development,imperfect internal system,industry self-discipline construction setback,talent team building setback,unprofessional management standard and the imperfect double management model etc.Since the birth of the Communist Party of China,the Party has always attached importance to the relationship with the social organization.Based on different revolutionary and constructional situation,the Party has adopted a different approach and policy.The Communist Party of China,through the establishment of party organizations in new social organizations and the political core of the Party organizations,strengthens and improves the leadership of new social organizations,which is both realistic and advantageous.The current party building of the new social organization has not only obtained some important experiences and achievements,but it also faces many unavoidable dilemmas.These dilemmas include the aspects of reality,theory and integration,which is manifested in the progress of the party building.The problems are including the party building is being lagged,the party building mechanism is not smooth,the party building is being separated and the efficiency of the party building is not high and so on.The occurrence of these dilemmas has its inherent reasons: the basic party building and the new social organization has their own characteristics and has followed different logic and values.The Party 's governance system and governance ability put forward by18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is pointing out the direction and destination for the party building in new social organizations.The diversification,service,democratization,rule of law and scientific content contained in the concept of national governance has provided a reference for improving the new party organization of the new society.
