On The Ruling Concept Of Taking The People As The Center

People is a dynamic political category,and their status in the political process is also fundamentally different due to differences in social forms.As the source of strength of the Communist Party of China,the support of the people is the basis for the legitimacy and effectiveness of the Chinese Communist Party.The people's position is the fundamental political stand of the Chinese Communist Party.The Communist Party of China is a historical tool of satisfying the interests of the people.From the theoretical and factual perspectives,to achieve and safeguard the fundamental interests of the people,we must uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and only meet the needs of the interests of the people,the party leadership has a solid class foundation and mass foundation.The Communist Party of China puts forward the "people-centered" and regards it as the value concept and practice strategy of governing the country in the new era.It embodies our party's latest grasp of the ruling law of the Communist Party and embodies the dialectical unity of party spirit and people's nature.This paper holds that since our Party put forward the idea of "people-centered",the idea of "people-centered" has leaped from a development idea to the ruling idea of the CPC in the new era.Taking the people as the center is not only the means to consolidate the ruling position of the Party,but also the essence and value pursuit of our Party's ruling.It is not a purely ideological propaganda idea,but also the fundamental principle and basic strategy that runs through our Party's practice of governing the country and the government.It has the characteristics of overall and practical.It has exerted a far-reaching influence on our Party's governing and administration of the country.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,this paper will discuss the people-centered theoretical issues from the perspective of consolidating the ruling position of the Party.This has great theoretical and practical significance for the implementation of the people-centered ruling philosophy and the consolidation of the party's ruling status.This paper covers two parts: the first part is the introduction,including the reasons for the topic,research significance,literature review,research methods,innovations and deficiencies.The second part is the text.The logic of argumentation is: first,to discuss the theoretical origin and practical basis of the "people-centered";secondly,to explore the essence of the " people-centered " and to explain its basic connotation;Third,to explain the significance of the "people-centered" from the dimension of consolidating our party's leadership position.Finally,from the perspective of strengthening and improving the party's leadership,inquiring institutional approaches for our party to implement the "people-centered" to its governing practice.Through the above arguments,it highlights the supremacy of the people in the practice of the Communist Party of China in governing the country,thereby demonstrating the party's advanced nature and enhancing the party's appeal,attraction and integration.
