Research On Countermeasures Against Transnational Crimes Of Telecommunications Fraud

With the rapid development of telecommunications technology,communication between people is more non-contact,through the telecommunications media,telecommunications technology to bring great convenience to people’s life,but also for a variety of telecommunications fraud criminal activities to open the door.In recent years,some criminals use telecommunication technology to defraud Chinese citizens through transnational and cross-border means,which not only infringes on people’s property rights and interests,severely interferes with the normal order of telecommunication network,but also seriously undermines social integrity and seriously affects social harmony and stability.In order to severely punish and prevent transnational crimes of telecom fraud,China’s public security organs and relevant departments have actively cooperated with relevant international agencies,countries and regions to carry out many arrests and crackdown actions against transnational crimes of telecom fraud.However,due to the characteristics of wide distribution,high degree of specialization and strong anti-investigation ability of transnational crimes of telecom fraud,it is difficult for public security organs and other relevant departments to carry out investigation.Under such circumstances,China is in urgent need to conduct research on transnational telecom fraud crimes,so as to provide warning and behavior guidance for individuals,lay a certain foundation for relevant theoretical research,and provide feasible prevention ideas for legislation,investigation and judicial departments.In this paper,by using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,the current international telecom fraud crime present situation,characteristics,prevent trouble such as in-depth study,combined with the actual analysis of the cause of the international telecom fraud crime prevention,and on this basis Suggestions to consummate the legislation,strengthen the international judicial cooperation,formulate personal information protection laws and regulations,strengthen the public awareness,improve the system of industry regulations and use information technology to support effective countermeasures against multinational telecom fraud crime,fundamentally to multinational teleconmunications fraud effectively prevent and curb crime,the protection of the citizen’s property security and social stability.
