Research On The Theory And Practice Of The Party Building A Powerful Navy

Building a strong navy has always been the unremitting pursuit of the Communist Party of China.The People's Navy has a history of 70 years since it was founded on April23,1949.Guided by the Party's Thought of Strengthening the Army,the People's Navy has grown from small to large and from weak to strong.It has been built and developed into a military with strategic,comprehensive and international characteristics,which is advancing towards modernization.The role of the Chinese Navy in safeguarding national sovereignty,security and development interests is becoming more and more prominent.The people's Navy is advancing continuously and sailing triumphantly under the guidance of the Communist Party of China,which Is a historical manifestation and a practical conclusion.The Communist Party of China has important theoretical significance for the development of the navy in terms of a series of principles and policies formulated by the People's Navy.This paper is divided into four chapters to study the theory and practice of the Communists of Chinain building the People's Navy.From Mao Zedong's "We must build a navy" to Deng Xiaoping's "Building a strong navy with modern combat capabilities".From Jiang Zemin's "Building the Great Wall at sea of the motherland " to Hu Jintao's "Accelerating the Navy's Transition Construction",and Xi Jinping's "Striving to build the People's Navy into a world-class Navy in an all-round way".This reflects the inheritance,development and innovation of the ideological ideal of the people's Navy construction of the Communists of China.But in the practice of building the People's Navy,there are not only periods of great progress and achievements,but also periods of hesitation and frustration.Studying and summing up the experience and lessons of the Party's construction of the People's Navy has important enlightenment for the implementation of the strategy of promoting the army and strengthening the army in the new era.
