Research On The Legal Issues Of The Governance Of Overseas Commercial Bribery Of Chinese Multinational Corporations

China is now the second largest economic entity in the world and plays a more and more important role in the political arena.On 2013,general secretary Xi Jinping came to power,good governance,vigorously carry out anti-corruption,trying to establish a good rule of law politics.As a thriving economic entity,China's transnational corporations have been plagued by the problem of overseas bribery which has been developing in the past.Now,in the political climate of domestic anti-corruption efforts,how to deal with the overseas bribery of transnational corporations has once again raised questions to scholars In this paper,the author discusses the subject from the following aspects.The first chapter summarizes the overseas commercial bribery of China's transnational corporations.This paper introduces the meaning,scope,form and characteristics of the overseas commercial bribery of Chinese transnational corporations.And the status and reasons of overseas commercial bribery of China's transnational corporations in recent years,and discusses the significance of the study.The second chapter analyzes the advanced legislative experience of western developed countries,the United States,Britain and Germany,and tries to find something to use for reference.It focuses on the specific content of the anti corruption law of the United States,and compares the British anti bribery bill to some extent.The third chapter discusses the legal experience of China's transnational corporations' overseas commercial bribery.From the legislative and judicial field,we can see that although the current political climate has made great progress,due to the lack of legislation and judicial enforcement,the effect of governance is not satisfactory.The fifth chapter discusses the methods of Chinese governance transnational corporations' overseas commercial bribery.From the following aspects,such as the guiding ideology,legal means,and other relevant measures,the construction of a clean and honest government,the international responsibility of transnational corporations and the social responsibility of transnational corporations' legal management,this paper discusses the measures for governance.Inadequacies,please advise.
