Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party,the People 's Court has firmly seized the historical opportunity,regarded informatization as a profound self-revolution,accelerated the construction of smart courts,and effectively promoted the modernization of the judicial system and judicial capacity.With the vigorous development of computer technology,the court's electronic file system came into being.Unlike traditional paper files,which are inconvenient to look up,occupy a large storage space,and unable to adapt to the judicial statistical analysis in the era of big data,electronic files have brought cases It is extremely convenient and improves the quality and effectiveness of the trial.However,the current centralized electronic dossier system has some problems that cannot be ignored,that is,the accidental destruction of electronic dossier data,the falsification of internal personnel,tampering,and malicious attacks from network hackers.As the final result of the trial procedure,the court dossier is an important archive asset of the country,an important basis for protecting the legitimate interests of the people,and it is a direct manifestation of fairness and justice.It cannot be tampered with,lost,or even destroyed according to law.Blockchain technology is essentially a distributed database,combining cryptographic knowledge and consensus mechanism,with features such as data tamper resistance,record traceability,joint maintenance,and decentralization.In view of the current security risks of the court's electronic dossier system,this article will use a combination of blockchain,IPFS and Mongo DB technologies to protect the security,integrity and authenticity of electronic dossier data.Then,through the deployment of smart contracts with automatic execution capabilities on the blockchain to complete the chaining process of electronic dossier data,the risk of human intervention in data storage is reduced.At the same time,the basic functions of file inspection and file operation record tracing provided by the system also increase the illegal cost of maliciously tampering file data from the system functions.In summary,this paper develops a court-based electronic dossier managementsystem based on blockchain,which can not only improve the security and reliability of data storage,but also solve the shortcomings of data damage and tampering in traditional electronic dossier systems.An attempt to reform the electronic dossier management model has important research significance and promotion value.
