Research On The Copyright Issue Of TV Viewing On-demand Function Under The Integration Of Three Networks

During the Western Han Dynasty in China,there was a book called《the Great Learning》,the following words were engraved:"Update one day,update every day,updates should be normal." It is most appropriate to describe the development of science and technology with rapid changes,especially in the network related industries.In the past,digital communication network,traditional telecommunication network and radio and television network developed independently.Now,with the rapid development of technology,three networks began to integrate gradually.On the technical level:the transmission signal is gradually consistent;On the network level,fixed network and mobile network begin to merge gradually.On the business level:the business of broadcasting network and the business of traditional telecommunication network begin to merge gradually.On the system level:the integration of the system provides an important policy guarantee for the integration of the three networks.Under the background of triple play,operators developed interactive network TV—IPTV,which can integrate broadband network,multimedia and communication technology.IPTV can provide many consumers with the following interactive services:digital HD TV,online on demand,online business,online education,entertainment games,etc.This new communication technology has two sides:On the one hand,it can adapt to the rapid development of network technology,make full and effective use of network resources;On the other hand,this new communication technology has resulted in infringement in the field of copyright.The research objectives of this paper are as follows:Analyze whether the function of Digital TV-on-demand and playback will produce infringement?And then discuss how to solve the infringement problem,Finally,under the background of the integration of copyright and Internet,how can we prevent these copyright violations from happening again.
