| The life annuity contract is typical contract,and it plays an important role in Russia.Because the life annuity contract can satisfy the will of the parties,so that the parties can freely arrange for future life,therefore,this system is widely accepted.However,there is little research on life annuity contract in academic theory.In this paper,the nature and validity of life annuity contract in Russia are deeply studied,and with China's legacy and Maintenance Agreement,adult guardianship,housing reverse mortgage system,such as a comparative analysis,that China should introduce life annuity contract. |
