Research On The Construction Of Ideological Leadership In My Country In The New Era

Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly put forward and stressed the issue of "firmly grasping the ideological leadership" and formed a series of relevant thoughts and views.At present,the leadership ideology construction of our country is faced with many challenges,the focus in vying for ideological struggle in the field of leadership,so this article Xi Jinping in ideological construction under the guidance of leadership,in-depth analysis of the construction of the new era of ideological leadership related issues,has important theory value and practical significance.The basic framework of this paper is: firstly,it briefly expounds relevant concepts and issues,and then analyzes some basic problems in the construction of marxist ideological leadership.Secondly,from the perspective of "new era",this paper discusses the focus of the current ideological leadership construction,and puts forward that the struggle for ideological leadership has become the focus of the ideological field.Thirdly,based on the understanding of the focus of the construction of ideological leadership,this paper discusses the basic tasks and focal points of the construction of ideological leadership in the new era.The paper discusses the basic idea is that the new era of ideological leadership construction four basic tasks: to strengthen the party's right to grasp the ideological work of leadership power,promote theoretical discrimination grasp the ideological work of leadership,perfecting practical explanatory power grasp the ideological work of the leadership,expand the discourse propagation force grasp the ideological work of the leadership;This paper puts forward four points for the construction of ideological leadership in the new era: focusing on theoretical guidance and cohesion,attaching importance to the innovation of communication means,promoting the construction and governance of cyberspace,and implementing the main responsibility of ideological management.
