| Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has attached great importance to ideology construction,and repeatedly emphasized the importance of ideology work in many conferences,such as the conference on publicity and ideology work,the conference on news and public opinion,the conference on network security,the conference on philosophy and social science,the conference on ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the 19th CPC National Congress,and the 200th Anniversary Congress Commemorating the Birth of Marx.Especially,in the report delivered at the 19th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping made a special discussion on ideology work,and,in a strategically advantageous position,discussed and deployed strategic orientation,main objectives,basic principles and construction paths of the ideology work of socialism with Chinese characteristics,forming a complete system of Xi Jinping's Ideological Thought.Xi Jinping Thought on of Socialism Ideology with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is the inheritance and development of Marxist ideology,the crystallization of the ideology work practice of the CPC after the major contradiction changes for a new era and the profound changes in the domestic and international environments,the most solid foundation for Xi Jinping's Ideological Thought,the soul and nervous system of Xi Jinping's Ideological Thought,the ideological basis and theoretical guarantee for the unity and struggle of the people of all ethnic groups in China and the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,as well as the basic compliance and important guiding principle to the ideology work for a new era.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study Xi Jinping's Ideological Thought.This paper is composed of seven chapters.Chapter ? mainly expounds the theoretical foundation of Xi Jinping's Ideological Thought.Any theory is neither water without source nor a tree without roots,but is the innovation and development based on the achievements of predecessors.Xi Jinping's Ideological Thought is the inheritance and development of the ideology of Marx and Lenin's ideology,and the innovation and development of the ideology of the Chinese Communist Party in the new era.The paper focuses on the analysis of the basic thoughts and main ideas on ideology of Marxism's classical writers,such as Marx,Engels and Lenin,and combs the historical development of the proletarian ideology of the Chinese Communists,such as Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao.Chapter ? analyzes and outlines the development course and periodical characteristics of Xi Jinping's Ideological Thought,which is not achieved overnight,but has a process of producing,developing and maturing.The paper divides it into four stages,namely,the beginning stage,the formation stage,the development stage and the mature stage.The beginning stage is from Xi Jinping'living and working in a production team at Yanchuan County in 1969 to the 18th CPC National Congress in2012.Xi Jinping Thought originated from his rich political practice and the study of Marxism-Leninism theory.The formation stage is from November 2012 to October2014.The important speeches respectively issued by Xi Jinping at the national conference on publicity and ideology work and the forum on literary and art work symbolized the formation of Xi Jinping Thought.The development stage is from January 2015 to December 2016.Speeches issued by Xi Jinping at the forum on news and public opinion work,the forum on network security and informatization work,the forum on philosophy and social science work,the 95th anniversary congress celebrating the founding of the Communist Party of China,the 80th anniversary conference commemorating the victory of the Red Army's Long March,and the national conference on ideological and political education in colleges and universities symbolized the continued development of Xi Jinping Thought,becoming more and more mature.The mature stage is from July 2017 to October 2017.Speeches issued by Xi Jinping at the leading cadres at the county level seminar on Learning the Spirit of Comrade Xi Jinping's Important Speeches,and Welcoming the 19th CPC National Congress,and the presentation of the report at the 19th CPC National Congress symbolized that Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism Ideology had developed mature.Chapter ? to Chapter ? makes a comprehensive analysis and reflection on the content system of Xi Jinping's Ideological Thought.Chapter ? concretely analyzes the strategic orientation and basic objectives of ideology work.Xi Jinping explained the extreme importance of ideology work with extremely important and three matters,but also stressed that ideology work can not interfere with the core work of economic construction,and ideology work should obey and serve the economic work,should have certain boundaries,but should not be generalized.Xi Jinping explained the basic goals of ideology work and deeply explained the supreme status and high mission of ideology work in the socialist modernization by using two consolidation,reinforcing the spiritual calcium of the Party cadres and maintaining the security of the mainstream ideology.Chapter ? analyzes the basic principles of ideology work,that is,the combination of top level design and grass-roots construction,the combination of development and expansion of main melody and promotion of diversification,the combination of optimization of institutional mechanism and innovation of communication mode,the combination of traditional culture,revolutionary culture and advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the combination of ideology construction and political,economic and social construction,and the combination of party principle and responsibility system of ideology work.Chapter ?
