Research On Enterprise Credit Supervision In Pulandian District, Dalian City

Good credit is an invisible asset for both natural persons and enterprises.It is invaluable,especially for an enterprise,which is the basis for its healthy development and growth.In the construction of social credit system,enterprise credit is an important part.Therefore,the establishment of a good enterprise credit supervision system and corresponding evaluation system is the basic guarantee for maintaining the order of socialist market economy and improving the market credit environment.At present,although some progress has been made in the construction of enterprise credit in our country,for a long time,so much problems should be solved because the lacking of enterprise credit and the lagging of supervision,which seriously hindered the orderly and efficient development of social economy.The policy of "leniency,advance and strict management" put forward by the reform of commercial system also poses new challenges to the credit supervision of enterprises.How to change the traditional supervision mode and explore and study the credit supervision mode which is suitable for the current form has become a top priority.Based on the theory and research methods of public management,this paper conclues the research results of scholars at home and abroad,analyses the mature model of enterprise credit management system construction.Under the background of business system reform,taking the enterprise credit supervision in Pulandian District of Dalian City as the research object,summarizes the achievements of enterprise credit supervision in Pulandian District of Dalian City,and analyses its supervision.At the same time,drawing on the experience of credit management at home and abroad,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the credit supervision of enterprises in Pulandian District of Dalian City.
