Research On The Credibility Of People's Mediation From The Perspective Of Subjective Procedural Justice

At present,China is in a period of social transformation,which brings vitality and opportunities to social development,but also makes disputes and contradictions increasingly diversified and complicated.People's mediation has the advantages of simplicity,flexibility,good effect and low cost.It is often used in the process of solving disputes in social life.But people's mediation is also facing challenges and shocks in the new situation.It encounters difficulties in application and bottlenecks in development.Subjective procedural justice theory pays attention to the public's subjective perception of the procedure,through the public's perception of justice,the dispute settlement procedure and the effect of the organic link.Subjective procedural justice affects the public's trust in people's mediation organizations and people's mediators,and then affects the credibility of people's mediation.Paying attention to the role of subjective procedural justice can provide new ideas for improving the credibility of people's mediation.Under the background of the new era and from the perspective of subjective procedural justice,this paper studies the improvement of the credibility of people's mediation,which is divided into five parts: The first part introduces the outline of people's mediation system,including the concept and characteristics of people's mediation,the value and function of people's mediation system,and forms a basic understanding of people's mediation system.The second part then introduces the credibility of people's mediation,mainly including the meaning and development track of the credibility of people's mediation.The third part analyses the theory of subjective procedural justice and its enlightenment.The fourth part makes an analysis of the inherent composition of the credibility of people's mediation from the perspective of subjective procedural justice.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the credibility of people's mediation.
