Research On The Legitimacy Of My Country's Corporate Credit Incentive Mechanism

With the continuous advancement of my country's honest society construction,corporate credit supervision is becoming more and more important.As an important part of credit supervision,the incentive mechanism deserves much attention.However,the long-standing tendency of "trusting more than rewarding" in the field of corporate trustworthy incentive mechanism has led to the problems of imperfect legal system and inconsistent standard system.Based on sorting out the relevant normative documents,this article preliminarily sorts out the current corporate trustworthy incentive methods in my country,and then focuses on the legality of the more important incentive methods,focusing on the basic principles of existing laws and administrative laws.It is found that the current corporate credit incentives in my country conflict with the current legal system or violate the basic principles of administrative law,and there is a legal dilemma.Then this article puts forward suggestions on perfecting the legal system,perfecting the standard system and the complete supervision system.This article aims to cause the society to think and pay attention to the credit incentive mechanism through a preliminary discussion on the legality of corporate credit incentive methods,and promote the healthy development of my country's credit system.
