Study On Current Condition And Construction Of Enterprise Credit Supervising Mechanism

At present,with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,we have continuously stimulated the new vitality of market economy development,and China’s economic development has always shown a steady and positive momentum.Credit as the foundation of the development of market economy in our country,also a foothold in the construction of the enterprise survival,but the enterprise for the blind pursuit of interests and the faithless behavior has seriously restricted the economic and social development in our country,therefore,the enterprise credit management is particularly important and prominent.This article uses the literature research,qualitative analysis and quantity method,function analysis,and questionnaire survey method as the foundation,through the combination of images and the enterprise credit supervision system in our country at present stage of development present situation and problems,and market regulators to Tianjin enterprise credit regulation for case analyses its function orientation in the process of the implementation of enterprise credit supervision and shortcomings,through the full market regulators in western developed countries for reference or similar government departments implement advanced experience and practice of enterprise credit regulation,to build a suitable for the Tianjin market regulators,and even the national enterprise credit supervision mechanism.The thesis is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter and the second chapter introduce the research background and significance and the research ideas and methods,elaborates the related concepts and basic theories of enterprise credit supervision.The third chapter analyzes the experience of western developed countries in the field of corporate credit supervision.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the credit supervision of enterprises in China’s market supervision departments.The fifth chapter analyzes the corporate credit supervision of Tianjin market supervision department.Chapter 6 by combining the western developed countries and Tianjin studies of enterprise credit supervision mechanism analysis and market regulators to rationalize enterprise credit regulation thinking helps to Tianjin,improve the efficiency of credit regulation,but also for similar areas in China enterprise credit supervision played a certain degree of guidance,has a certain reference value.
