The construction of rural civilization is actually under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,cultivating and establishing the socialist core values,cultivate a new culture,establishing a new style of socialism with distinctive features,Improve the level of farmers' cultural quality and spiritual consciousness.Summarizes the results and problems of wanzhou district local custom civilization,through the survey found that the current main problems restricting the development of wanzhou district local custom civilization is: growing habit not shallow,spirit,moral hazard landslide obviously,political beliefs increasingly weakened,civilization construction foundation weak four problems,to solve above problems from the cultural,ideological,political,economic,four aspects to analyze the problems exist in the process of wanzhou district local custom civilization construction,the main reasons for focusing on the knowledge and cultural level of farmers,height of ideology,the government management system and economic development based on several key factors are analyzed.Based on the actual situation of Wanzhou District,this paper proposes to improve the path of township civilization construction of Wanzhou District from four aspects: improving farmers' cultural quality level,perfecting rural ideological and moral system,improving rural political civilization construction,improving basic security and increasing investment,which has certain theoretical value and practical value.
