The strategic and tactical thinking of the proletarian revolution is an important part of the scientific socialist theory, and Marx and Engels have paid great attention to this issue throughout their lives. In terms of the strategic thinking of the proletarian revolution,Marx and Engels have always emphasized that the ultimate goal of the proletariat is to realize communism. The promotion of the proletarian movement in the direction of socialism and communism is a consistent strategic thought in Marx and Engels. The "unchanging" of Engels' s thoughts in his later years is first manifested in his "unchanging" of insisting on the realization of communist social strategic thinking. This is mainly reflected in Engels' late work "Critique of the Social Democratic Party's Draft Programme of 1891" on the idea that it is not possible to "sacrifice the future of the movement for the present of the movement." The idea of "French and German Peasant Issues" on the socialist transformation of agriculture. The "unchanging" of Engels' thoughts in his later years is the "unchanging" of the tactical thinking of adhering to the proletarian violent revolution. As he pointed out in"Introduction to the Book of Karl Marx" The French Class Struggle from 1848 to1850 ",due to changes in war conditions, especially changes in weapons and equipment, the previous barricades have not adapted to the requirements of the current revolutionary struggle,Revolutionary struggles need to be carried out in new ways, but he emphasizes that the fundamental means of revolution is violent revolution. In the end,the victory of the proletariat still requires a "decisive battle" to solve the problem, that is,a violent revolution. The "change" of Engels' thoughts in his later years lies in the change of his tactical thinking about the proletariat's preparation for revolution. As he proposed in his later years, the proletariat should actively participate in parliamentary struggles, use parliamentary forums to expose the ugly acts of the bourgeois oppression and exploitation of the people, safeguard the interests of the people, and strengthen the power of the proletariat;barricades are no longer suitable for the current situation and must be found new forms of struggle;the dictatorship of the proletariat can use and learn from the form of the Republic;the proletariat can make concessions to the private peasants in certain ways in order to unite the private peasants, etc. The "unchanging" and "changing" of Engels' thoughts in his later years have thesignificance of ideological enlightenment. In the new era of reform and opening up and socialism with Chinese characteristics, first,we must adhere to our original intention, not forgetting our original intention and mission, seeking happiness for most people, and advancing our cause toward communism. There can be no slight change in this. However, current methods and measures require constant adjustments and changes. For example, targeted poverty alleviation can help the poor get rid of poverty and live a good life;implement a living security system for urban low-income people;build affordable housing and low-rent housing to solve the difficulties of non-households;establish a medical security system to make a living Seriously ill patients have conditions for medical treatment. As the situation changes and conditions change, new measures and methods need to be introduced to continuously improve people's lives.
