Objective:to analyze the flight kinematics and upper limb surface electromyography characteristics of forehand smash in fatigue process of training to provide a reference for the effect of badminton athletes,a better understanding of sports fatigue on Badminton forehand smash skill flight.Methods:6 male national badminton badminton forehand smash training to flight fatigue,the fatigue and surface EMG before and after the kinematic parameters of time domain indexes were analyzed by paired samples T test analysis.Results:the flight Iraining badminton forehand smash to fatigue,hand grip strength will be significantly decreased,with a significant difference(P<0.05),but the simple reaction before and after fatigue when there was no significant difference(P>0.05);upper limb muscle fatigue before and after discharge duration the overall downward trend,biceps,triceps,deltoid muscle decreased most obviously,with significant difference(P<0.05);the upper limb muscle fatigue before and after the iEMG and RMS amplitude decreased,fatigue and anterior deltoid muscle iEMG maximum contribution rate were 6.464+1.487uvs and 29.83%,and the fatigue after deltoid iEMG and contribution rate is minimum;fatigue after the upper limb of each link line speed has a greater decline,after fatigue of shoulder joint,elbow joint,wrist joint link line speed has significant difference(P<05).The conclusions are as follows:l,the maximum grip strength decreased after fatigue,there was a significant difference.Short time,high strength of the upper limb muscle force decreased badminton flight training after the forehand smash.2,The influence of exercise fatigue on upper limb electromyography is the decrease of integral EMG and root mean square amplitude.The results showed that the muscle cell recruitment of the upper limb before fatigue may be saturated,but with the gradual deepening of fatigue,the upper limb muscle discharge of athletes decreased gradually.3,sports fatigue is one of the important causes of change of each joint angle of the upper limb,thus greatly reduces the threat degree of athletes vacated forehand smash in the course of the game,but also greatly increase the risk of failure rate and muscle damage of the vacated forehand smash.4,after sports fatigue,the speed of the upper limb decreased significantly,and the speed of the wrist joint decreased most significantly.The line speed of the upper limb does not increase from the proximal to the distal.
