Core strength training method, as a kind of modern physical training method and is an important content of physical training, the first is for medical and fitness rehabilitation training method, then gradually applied in the field of competitive sports. And competitive badminton as a violent confrontation across the network class, and the sport of attack and defense conversion rapidly, need players on the pitch for repeated linear variable speed and variable motion curve,_also need to constantly scram, rev., long time run, push, across the field, jumping, and upper limbs of consecutive shots, the body has been at the rapid transformation of stable to unstable state. Such characteristics of the project is to control the badminton athletes physical ability put forward higher requirements.This paper using the method of documentation, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, college of education in Beijing sport university badminton special level 2011, a total of 20 students for core strength training, and according to the arrangement of undifferentiated group before and after training, the experimental group and control group after 12 weeks of training, the quality index of badminton special forces, special speed quality indicators, smash the ball with a forehand sideways for pat and photographed the lowest moments of swing and hit the ball time kinematic characteristics, the forehand smash technology and torso motion characteristics is analyzed, the conclusion is as follows:1. Based on the experiment after the special strength and speed index to carry on the T test, draw 30 seconds short wave rope jump, standing long jump,10 corners of low center of gravity, and about five times to touch the edge of the changes have significant difference. General waist abdomen strength training and core strength training method can make badminton players in the process of hitting the torso torsional capacity significantly enhanced, but the core strength training method in the process of the trunk, trunk of stability, balance the effect is more apparent, the requirements of the training is more conform to the badminton strokes required to achieve stable balance ability.
