Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Thought And Behavior Of Post-95 College Students

The essence of the competition in the 21 st century is the competition of talents,and the quality of talents determines the development of the country.The evaluation standard of talents is not only the knowledge reserve and the level of professional skills,but also the comprehensive quality which means the all around development with solid professional knowledge and good thoughts and behaviors.The cultivation of the post-95 college students ’ good thoughts and behaviors can not only make college students get free and all-round development,but also help the realization of the goal of "high moral values establishment and people cultivation" in colleges and universities,and help to realize the "Chinese dream" which means the great renaissance of the Chinese nation.This article is divided into three parts.The first part I eleborate the connotation of post-95 college students,the concept of thought and behavior and the concept of good thoughts and behaviors,through which we can define the evaluation criteria of the good behaviors of the undergraduates and the important significance of developing good thoughts and behaviors for college students.In the second part,I elaborate the specific problems in the post-95 college students’ thoughts and behaviors and exhibit the concrete causes of these problems,and then I expound them.In the third part,I discuss the concrete countermeasures for cultivating college students with good thoughts and behaviors from the level of society,school and family.The social level should purify the environment and pay attention to the guidance of public opinion.The school level is to pay attention to education and the effectiveness improvement.The family level should optimize family education and improve its level.Finally I creatively propose to establish A linkage mechanism forming an educational network.
