| This thesis mainly takes Dai Ziying's technical and tactical using in badminton competitions as research object and takes Videos of the WBF Open finals that Dai Ziying participated in from 2013 to 2017 as observed object,using the literature data method,expert questionnaire method,video observation method and statistical methods.This paper statistics the technique and tactic data in the competition both Dai ziying and her opponents' serve and received and the techniques used in the fore,middle and latter quarters,and analyze Dai Ziying her own phase change features in vertical comparison and the differences of technical and tactical using between her and opponents.according to the research purpose and needs.It is a entry point that observe the technical and tactical features of the representative person--Dai Ziying in badminton world today,From different levels and perspectives,the current situation of the use of badminton techniques and tactics in match games was analyzed and discussed.In particular,a combination of basic theory and objective observations describes the actual level of skills and tactics.A trend analysis of technical and tactics using of badminton women singles and in the future has been conducted,the aim is to understand more objective inner origin laws of sports itself,grasp the deficiencies in theory and practice,enrich theoretical research results,and provide some theoretical references for the effective use of technical and tactics.Conclusions:1.Compared with her first stage,in the second stage Dai Ziying has increased the quality and accuracy of serve and the targeting is more obvious,variability and initiative has been shown in her technical and tactical use of reserving and the the tactical goal of the return route is also targeted.2.The technology used in fore,center,back court,combined with the pace acceleration of covering the net,Dai Ziying shows a trend of more positive stability and improvement in her every use of technical and tactical and enhances offensive,compared with her first stage,in the second stage Dai Ziying increases net shot and cross-court in forecourt and smash and drop shot in backcourt.3.In the overall horizontal contrast of Dai Ziying with all of her opponents,overall,serving situation was dominated by the use of forehand high-ball techniques,supplemented by netball technology with forehand and backhand,compare to her opponents Dai Ziying's use of receiving tactics are more variability in front court and more offensive in backcourt.However,in the face of different opponents,the application of receiving techniques is different.4.In the technical and tactical application comparison between Dai Ziying and her opponents in the front,mid,and backcourt,overall,Dai Ziying has better consistency in the hitting movements than other opponents in forecourt,and the hitting point and returning direction are even better.Especially the offensive in backcourt is more positive and initiative.5.In the finals of the Open Championship,unforced errors were a common problem for both Dai Ziying and her opponents.6.Reality observations found that multiple rallies and rounds are the norm of competitions,with stable and accurate movements and improving speed are the inevitable means of winning.Suggestions:1.Today,women single badminton players should enhance targeted training in speed,strength and endurance in terms of movement and offensive,so as to increase the flexibility in the use of techniques and tactics,so that they can better adapt to changes in the use of women singles'technical and tactics headed by Dai Ziying.2.Improve the stability and accuracy of the action and reduce the loss caused by unforced errors in the game.3.Strengthen the research and analysis of the features of the current technical and tactical using of outstanding women singles players.Accurate policy implementation,Unify the situation of training and competition,and strengthen the effect of training and competition. |
