Flexibility quality refers to the ability of the range of human joint activity,and it is an important guarantee for the gymnast learners to move accurately and extend the range.For the gymnastic learners,the quality of the flexible hip joint determines the quality of the gymnastic action directly.Therefore,the training method of flexible hip joint is required.At present,the research on flexibility quality mainly focuses on the influence of different stretching methods on the flexibility and quality of all parts of the body,but few of them are used after stretching.In the research project,it is mainly concentrated in cheerleading,taekwondo,ball and track and field,and it is very rare in the study of gymnastics.Considering the need of scientific teaching and training of gymnastics curriculum,this study aimed at different stretching method to compulsory gymnastics course students' hip flexibility effects,mainly through experimental analysis which stretching method is more conducive to improving the quality of hip flexibility,in order to enrich the system of gymnastics teaching and training method.This study mainly adopts the experimental method and other research methods,and randomly selects 90 students from the 17 level adult compulsory gymnastics class as experimental subjects,and is evenly divided into 3 groups,namely,static stretching group,PNF stretching group and PNF+ static stretching group.At the end of the 12 week experiment,the following results were obtained:By1.independent samples T test analysis,after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group a left and right vertical longitudinal fork fork,fork cross hip P values were 0.012,0.016,0,were less than 0.05,indicating a significant difference between the two groups of hip joint flexibility,PNF improve the flexibility is better than static stretching method the quality of drawing,and the effect on the horizontal fork,the effect is more obvious;the experimental group A and experimental group of two longitudinal horizontal fork fork,the left hip joint P values were 0.028 and 0.047,were less than 0.05,indicating a significant difference between the two groups of left hip joint longitudinal horizontal fork fork,longitudinal flexibility,right the fork P value is 0.193,greater than 0.05,indicating that two groups of hip joint fork right longitudinal flexibility do not exist significant differences,namely PNF+ static stretching method to enhance the effect is better than that of PNF stretching left longitudinal horizontal fork fork,flexibility,and there is no significant difference in improving right longitudinal fork effect.The P values of the left longitudinal fork,right fork and cross fork joint were two and 0,which were less than 0.05 in the experimental group and the control group,indicating that there was significant difference between the two groups in the flexibility quality of the hip joint,that is,the PNF+ static tensile method had a better effect on improving the flexibility quality than the static tensile method.Therefore,the best effect of improving the flexibility of the hip joint is the PNF+ static tensile method,followed by the PNF stretching method.2.the left and right before and after the experiment of longitudinal and transverse longitudinal fork fork fork data group paired T test analysis,three groups of P values were less than 0.01,with a very significant difference,that static stretching method,PNF method and PNF+ tensile static stretching method can effectively improve the flexibility of hip joint.3.through the analysis of experimental data obtained,the mean growth rate of the control group the left and right vertical and longitudinal fork fork fork cross were 10.03,8.84,9.97;the mean growth rate of the experimental group a left and right vertical and longitudinal fork fork fork cross were 21.29,22.52,22.66;the mean growth rate of the experimental group two longitudinal left fork,fork fork right longitudinal and transverse respectively 28.47,27.71,29.34.Three groups of indexes of hip joint growth rate from high to low is PNF+,PNF stretching and static stretching group,static stretching group,PNF+ static stretching method to enhance the flexibility of the best,followed by the PNF stretching method,static stretching method,the effect is far better than PNF+ static stretching method and PNF stretching method.Then the conclusion is drawn.1.static tensile method,PNF stretching method and PNF+ static tensile method can improve the flexibility quality of the hip joint in the compulsory course of gymnastics.2.compared with the static tensile method,PNF stretching method and PNF+ static traction method can effectively improve the flexibility quality of the students in the compulsory gymnastics class,and the static tensile effect of PNF+ is better than that of PNF stretching method.3.the subjective feeling of flexor and extensor group,abductor group,and internal and external rotation of hip joint were improved after the experiment with PNF+ static tension method.Students can reduce fatigue in a short time,enter the state quickly,and recover the spirit.The subjective feeling of gymnastics is more coordinated,relaxed and accurate than before.4.PNF stretching method and PNF+ static tensile method have significant effect in improving the flexibility quality of hip joint,but we should also pay attention to the help and cooperation of partners in teaching and practical training.Strict time requirements and precise strength are often the key to training.
