Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that is both competitive and artistic, and a sport that can fully demonstrate the athlete's flexibility.According to the form of force, the flexibility is divided into active flexibility and passive flexibility.Passive flexibility is the basis for developing active flexibility and is generally higher than active flexibility. Most of the research on the flexibility of rhythmic gymnastics is the discussion of training methods, but less attention is paid to the problem of transfer efficiency from passive flexibility to active flexibility. The special flexibility of rhythmic gymnastics requires not only softness, but also the ability to perform movements quickly, which requires active flexibility to be as equal as passive flexibility. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of active flexibility and passive flexibility in rhythmic gymnastics, clarifies the reasons for restricting the transfer of passive flexibility to active flexibility, and propose more reasonable special flexible training methods to provide a reference for future training. In this paper, through literature and experimental methods, selected Yangzhou 5-12 year-old rhythmic gymnasts as the experimental object,to explore ways to improve the efficiency of passive flexibility to active flexibility. The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Passive flexibility is highly correlated with active flexibility.(2)Both static stretching combined with dynamic stretching and PNF combined with directional induction can effectively improve the active flexibility and passive flexibility of rhythmic gymnasts.(3)PNF combined with directional induction method has a better effect on improving active flexibility.(4)Receptivity to directional induction is influenced by factors such as age.Suggestion:(1)Coaches should know the relationship between special flexibility and general flexibility, and seek more reasonable and effective flexibility training methods suitable for their own projects in practice.(2)Coaches can use PNF combined with directional induction method to guide the players to experience the synergy between the active and antagonistic muscles,by weakening the strength of antagonistic muscles, increase the range of limb activity.(3)Directional induction should be carried out according to the understanding ability of the team members,so as to avoid mechanized teaching.(4)When conducting directional induction, attention should be paid to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and necessary prompts should be given according to their age and understanding ability,so as to avoid mechanized guidance.
