Objective: According to the Statistical Communique released by the National Health and Family Planning Commission on the development of China's health and family planning business in 2015,the average life expectancy of residents in China in 2015 reached 76.34 years,an increase of 1.51 years over 2010.The maximum monitoring age of our country's national physique monitoring is 69 years old.Older old people are the focus and difficulty of old-age work.The health problems of this group are directly related to the harmonious development of society,medical expenses and social security system construction,and physical fitness evaluation for the elderly can provide reference indicators for the reform of sports and health departments.,has great practical significance.The purpose of this study is to screen fitness indicators suitable for 70-79-year-olds and carry out practical tests to conduct exploratory experimental research on physical fitness monitoring and physical fitness testing for 70-79-year-olds in the future.Methods: Through the literature data method and questionnaire survey,the physical fitness evaluation index suitable for 70-79-year-olds was screened.In 2017,294 elderly volunteers from certain areas of Chengdu were selected for testing.The average age of volunteers was 74.2 years for men and 72.7 years for women(including 70 to 74 years old,53 to 75 years old,and 70 to 74 years old.128 persons,59 to 75-year-old 59),test indicators include: height,weight,vital capacity,sitting forward flexion,single-legged eyes closed,select response,waist circumference,hip circumference,grip strength,30 seconds to sit,2 minutes Walk in place,walk for 6 minutes,derive the index BMI,waist-to-hip ratio.Among them,the indexes that belong to the monitoring of national physique adopt the physical testing equipment uniformly distributed by the General Administration of Sport of China in 2014 and are tested in accordance with the method stipulated by the State;the other indicators are tested according to the corresponding regulations and methods.Statistical analysis of indicator data was performed using EXCEL2010 and SPSS19.0.Results: 1.After literature analysis and expert questionnaires,screen height,weight,vital capacity,seat flexion,standing on one leg with closed eyes,select response time,waist circumference,hip circumference,grip strength,30-second sitting test,and 2 minutes in situ Step test is a test item for physical fitness assessment of 70-79-year-olds,and BMI and waist-to-hip ratio are used as evaluation indicators.2.Tests show that all 70-79-year-olds who participated in the voluntary test can independently complete the testing of various projects.The reliability and effectiveness of the test project meet the measurement requirements.The safety,feasibility and simplicity of the test project implementation process are in line with Older age characteristics.3.According to statistics,in the national physical fitness monitoring index,the 70-79-year-olds who participated in this study are rated on the basis of the age-65-69 age-grading standard in the “National Fitness Test Standards”,and the average level can be met.It is feasible for senior citizens to participate in physical fitness determination.4.Through the analysis of the data of body shape,physical function and physical quality,the first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators,the physical changes of 70-79-year-old senior citizens are clearly defined.Conclusions: 1.Through the analysis and verification of expert questionnaires,actual tests and test data,this study screened the physical fitness test indexes for 70-79-year-olds: height,weight,vital capacity,seat flexion,single-limb standing and response Waist,hip,grip,30 seconds sitting,2 minutes standing still.2.Selected indicators of physical fitness for 70-79-year-olds: BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,vital capacity,seat flexor,single-armed standing,response,grip,30-second sitting,2 minutes standing still.3.The selected physical fitness test indexes for 70 to 79-year-olds are reliable,effective,safe,and feasible in theory and operation,and meet the measurement requirements and the characteristics of senior citizens.
