Objective: In this study,in order to understand the influence of hip abduction muscle strength training on dynamic knee valgus and its impact mechanism,we compared dynamic knee valgus angles and Three-dimensional movement of knee joints while walking on both sides of subjects before and after hip abduction muscle strength training.METHODS: Twenty-seven subjects with dynamic knee valgus who were screened out of the general college students were analyzed by two-dimensional video analysis of their drop and a vertical jump. Before exercise training, after four weeks of training, after eight weeks of training, subjects were testing dynamic valgus knee, hip external exhibition muscle peak torque,Knee KG knee three-dimensional test.RESULTS:(1)The hip outreach torque was increased after 4 weeks of hip abductor exercise training compared with before exercise training, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of exercise training, there was a significant change compared with before training, with significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison of the left and right hip abduction peak torque(before and after the training exercise, after exercise training four weeks, eight weeks of exercise training)three phase while no significant difference, there is no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The dynamic knee valgus angle had a tendency to decrease after 4 weeks of hip abductor muscle training compared with before exercise training, but there was nosignificant difference(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of exercise training,it was significantly lower than before exercise training, with significant difference(P<0.05).The left and right dynamic knee valgus angles were comparable at three phases(before exercise training intervention, after 4 weeks of intervention, and after 8 weeks of intervention). There was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)Knee KG knee three-dimensional test,The range of flexion and extension, the range of internal and external rotation, and the range of internal and external rotation in gait were not significantly changed at all three phases(before exercise training,4 weeks after exercise training, and 8 weeks after exercise training)(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the left and right sides(P>0.05).At the time of heel strike, knee “Flexion(+)/ extension(-)”angle did not change at three phases(before exercise training,4 weeks after exercise training and 8 weeks after exercise training),and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).At the time of heel strike,“Adduction [varus](+)/ abduction [valgus](-)”?“External(+)/ internal(-)tibial rotation” after 4 weeks of exercise training compared to before exercise training, the valgus angle gradually changed from valgus to varus, and the angle of external tibial rotation gradually changed from external tibial rotation to internal tibial rotation, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 8weeks of exercise training, there was a significant difference between “Adduction[varus](+)/ abduction [valgus](-)" and " External(+)/ internal(-)tibial rotation“before exercise training(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between the left and right sides at the three phases(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Hip abduction muscle strength training can effectively reduce the extent of dynamic knee valgus.(2)Hip abduction muscle strength training can effectively change the knee angle of adduction(varus)/ abduction(valgus)and external / internal tibial rotation at heel strike in gait.(3)Dynamic knee valgus occurs in both sides.
