By analyzing the data of genu valgus and valgus and using anthropometric methods, the present situation and distribution of genu valgus and valgus and the effect of genu valgus and valgus on knee motor function were discussed.Starting from the present situation of knee valgus and genu valgus in high school students in Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang City and their knee motor function, this paper explores the proportion of genu valgus and genu valgus in high school students in Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang City, and the influence of grade, sex and school background factors on the formation of genu valgus and genu valgus of high school students in Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang City. The valgus shape affects knee joint activity, muscle function and balance ability. In order to realize the severity of knee varus and genu valgus of high school students in Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang City, and to understand the influence of different knee joint shapes on knee motor function, this paper provides reliable reference data and theoretical basis.Meanwhile,it also provides other scholars with scientific exercise methods to improve and improve the knee motor function in view of the differences of genu varus and valgus shapes in knee motor function. To improve the ability of high school students’ knee varus and valgus form to knee motor function, reduce the proportion of high school students’ knee varus and valgus form in Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang City, and put forward scientific and effective basis. In order to analyze the present situation of genu varus and valgus and the influence of genu varus and valgus on knee joint motion function of senior high school students in Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang City, this study mainly adopts anthropometric methods to study:(1)The lower limb morphology of 2653 students from 6 high schools in Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang City was measured with vernier calipers(excluding physical and psychological diseases).Definition of medial(valgus)knee deformity: When the lower limbs are naturally straightened or standing, the medial ankles of both feet can touch each other and the knees can not be close together as the main manifestation ofthe deformity.(When two feet stand side by side, the knees can touch each other, but the medial malleolus can not be close to each other)The total proportion and quantity of genu varus and valgus form, the proportion and quantity of genu varus and valgus form, and the proportion and quantity of genu varus and valgus in schools(regions)were collected.Using EXCEL software, the data collected were divided into three categories: gender, grade and school.Spss 20.0 software was used to collect three types of data, and chi-square test was used to compare and analyze the data. The differences of data between genu varus and valgus were analyzed. The main factors affecting the formation of genu varus and valgus were gender, grade and school(region)in the data.(2)28 senior high school students in Chang’an District were recruited(6 males in knee valgus form,5 females in knee valgus form,6 males in knee valgus form,5females in knee valgus form and 3 males and females in normal form)without physical exercise habits(exercise times less than 3 times per week, exercise time less than 30 minutes per time).Simi motion,BTS FREEEMG 300 and HUR Labs iBalance Plus balance tester were used to test the range of knee joint angular motion, muscle function and balance ability of 28 high school students.Simi motion instrument was used to measure knee joint flexion, internal rotation and external rotation, and BTS FREEEMG300 was used to measure the work value of muscle: tibial tract, biceps femoris longus, gracilis,Semimembranous muscle and semitendinosus muscle. In order to better record the number of muscles, standing long jump was used to test the movement mode;HUR Labs iBalance Plus balance tester was used to test the stability of the tester’s eye opening balance ability, the stability of the eye closing balance ability, the unstable state of the eye opening balance ability, the unstable state of the eye closing balance ability. These four balance abilities were tested. The data collected were collated and analyzed by EXCEL software, and the data collected by Spss 20.0 software were compared and analyzed by the mathematical statistics method of single factor analysis.Whether there were differences in the range of motion of knee joint between the knee shape tester and the normal shape tester in three aspects of knee flexion, internal rotation and external rotation or not was different between the knee shape tester and the knee shape tester.Whether there are differences in functional ability between valgusMorphometer and normal Morphometer in the long head of Semimembranous muscle, gracilis muscle, semitendinosus muscle, tibial tract and biceps femoris, and whether there are differences in balance ability between valgus Morphometer and normal Morphometer in the stable state of open eyes, unstable state of open eyes, stable state of closed eyes and unstable state of closed eyes.Results:(1)By sorting out, analyzing and comparing the lower limb morphology of 6 high schools in Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang City,a total of 2 653 high school students were found to have bad lower limb morphology accounting for 47.2% and normal lower limb morphology only accounting for 52.8%.By comparing and analyzing,it was found that the shape of valgus and valgus had nothing to do with the factors of different schools(X=7.71,P>0.05),different grades(X=0.272,P>0.05),and gender factors(X=75.45).P < 0.05).(2)By comparison and analysis, there were differences in knee flexion(F = 42.64,P < 0.05),internal rotation(F = 26.53,P < 0.05),external rotation(F = 47.99,P < 0.05)between male valgus and normal lower extremity morphology testers, while there were also differences in knee flexion(F = 28.39,P < 0.05),internal rotation(F = 14.98,P <0.05),external rotation(F = 12.20,P < 0.05)between female valgus and normal lower extremity morphology testers.(3)By comparing and analyzing the balance ability of male varus, valgus and normal lower limb shape in unstable state(F = 0.79,P < 0.05)and female varus, valgus and normal lower limb shape in unstable state(F = 3.38,P < 0.05)there are differences in the balance ability of female varus and normal lower limb shape in unstable state(F= 14.72,P < 0.05).According to Hur Lab Balancer Brget value, the greater the risk of falling, the more likely the inversion and valgus to lose balance than the normal person in the unstable state.(4)By comparing and analyzing the varus and valgus shapes and normal shapes, there were differences in the number of muscle involvement(RMS)and the total amount of muscle discharge(IEMG)at different stages of exercise(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Knee valgus and genu valgus have seriously affected the lower limb health of high school students in Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang City. Moreover, the causes of knee varus and valgus of high school students in Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang City have nothing to do with school(region)and grade. The probability of male knee varus is higher than that of female, and the probability of female knee valgus is higher than that of male.(2)Knee valgus and genu valgus differ from normal lower extremity in the range of motion(knee flexion, internal rotation and external rotation).(3)Knee joint is a complex, huge and precise joint. When the knee joint is valgus or varus,it not only affects the appearance of the human body, but also affects the function of the knee joint. At the same time,it also shows that shape determines function and use. When the shape changes slightly, its original function will also change differently.Suggest:(1)Schools,parents and high school students should pay more attention to lower limb shape.High school students should take more physical exercises to improve the motor function of lower limb knee joint so as to reduce and prevent the occurrence of lower limb knee varus and valgus.(2)Senior high school students with genu valgus should strengthen the exercise of skeletal and tibial tract, long head of biceps femoris(semimembranous muscle, semitendinosus muscle, gracilis muscle).Reduce the excessive use of knee flexion, internal rotation and external rotation in daily life and physical exercise, because knee valgus and genu valgus are limited in knee joint activity, excessive use will cause injury to knee joint.(3)High school students with genu valgus and genu valgus have different ability of unstable balance from normal people to avoid being in unstable space for a long time.Because long time in unstable space will increase the probability of falling risk of high school students with genu valgus and genu valgus.
