Along with the development of urbanization and the modernization of life,phenomenon that overweight among primary and middle school students continues to climb,and the percentage of overweight students is increasing.According to the data which is released by the World Health Organization(WHO)in 2017,there are more than 41,000,000 children whose age under 5 are overweight,which has 33 percentage of the same age,6.6% of this group are Chinese children.According to the data of the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention,obese person whose age is under 18 has reached 12,000,000,and 12% of them are overweight.The obesity rate of adolescents in Shandong province has been increasing year by year as well,rate of overweight students in primary school and middle school has increased from 22.18% to 26.23%.Boys had a higher percentage than girls,with an average ratio of1.69.Overweight causes physical disorders and physiological disorders,mental health as well.Numerous studies have demonstrated that the main cause of overweight for primary and middle school students are genetic factors,individual factors(awareness,feeding speed,healthy eating,exercise time)and social factors(family,education system,social security).Numerous studies for overweight reducing found that the phenomenon of overweight and physical activity lifestyle have a close relation: better and stable lifestyle has a to great significance for losing fat.For the over reasons,the research takes Shandong province as an example,by using some research methods,research the status quo of physical activity lifestyle of students in primary school and middle school,and the influencing factors as well.Moreover,this study discusses the health promotion theory and the theory of sports into daily life,proposes some strategy of construction for physical activity lifestyle.This study has concluded the following conclusions:(1)In this paper,measuring dimension of student physical activity lifestyle of the students in Shandong province includes: the sports value,sports motivation,physical life project,physical life form,physical life time,physical living space,physical life intensity,physical life expense and physical life benefits.(2)Overweight students in Shandong province has correct physical activity lifestyle values and participation motivation;running and sports games are the mainly projects of physical activity lifestyle;directly involved,indirect participation is auxiliary,but both the participation degree are not high,and the exercise form of physical activity lifestyle is relatively simple.(3)37.6% overweight students have continued physical activity over 3years,97% can do3 times physical activity each week,87% overweight students have physical activity over30 minutes per time,88% overweight students can reach middle intensity during physical activity,and 67% overweight students would have consumption in sports.(4)Overweight students in Shandong province has higher satisfaction on out-school than in-school,benefits mainly focus on improve sports skill,improve body quality,rich amateur cultural life and promoting interpersonal communication.(5)Influencing factors of physical activity lifestyle for overweight students in Shandong province can be included as education and social impact,sports cognition,their physical condition,exercise performance,time and space limitation.(6)Promote the physical activity lifestyle of overweight students in Shandong province should by the means of rich forms of exercise,improve the instruction form,build sports atmosphere,construction a multidimensional model sports living environment,by enriching consumption form and advocate rational consumption to guide the establishment of diversified and reasonable concept of sports consumption,by improving their self-confidence and to develop appropriate sports activities to carry out physical activities.(7)In the same time,by focusing on group characteristics improve students' confidence and,by giving full play to the guidance and guidance of the school and strengthen the social support and guarantee improve the efficiency of sports life,by increasing students' autonomous control time and improve the facilities of sports facilities in and out of school,break down the barriers of time and space to protect sports participation.
