With the rapid development of science and technology,network transmission is constantly updated,in the form of the intelligent products also gradually attention by people,primarily because of the communication technology can provide a better platform for people to cut into the Internet environment,provide convenience for work and study,and its not limited by time and space The particularity of convenient rich was deeply loved by students At the same time,in the field of education,mobile learning will gradually become a kind of learning pattern Compared with the traditional network learning,mobile learning has more features in terms of applicability,so,for mobile learning environment resource building research will be more help to the development of mobile learning.The system sorts out the related researches about mobile learning at home and abroad,the construction of the college students' mobile learning model based on Wechat,and puts forward the corresponding hypothesis in the teaching of physical education resources based on the design of the WeChat public number of mobile learning status and influencing factors questionnaire and analysis.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the sports teaching resources in mobile learning can be divided into school physical education resources and outside school physical education resources according to their sources.According to the existing methods,the sports teaching resources can be divided into explicit teaching resources and recessive teaching resources.According to the functional characteristics,the classification can be divided into teaching materials and auxiliary programs.(2)the principles of sports teaching resources design based on mobile learning include the principle of combination of practicality and advanced,the principle of combining systematization and concreteness,and the principle of combination of diversity and pertinence.(3)the design strategies of PE teaching content based on mobile learning include the design of learning resources on the basis of learners' learning needs,and the design of different media presentation should be based on different learning contents.The strategies of media design include: choosing a universal media mode,choosing a media with rich presentation ways,and not needing too much technology experience.The design of learning resources should conform to the physical education syllabus,and different media presentation methods should be designed according to different learning contents.(4)the demand analysis of sports teaching resource platform includes user needs analysis,platform requirement analysis and data requirement analysis.User needs hope that the mobile learning resource platform should be easy to operate,friendly interface and convenient for interaction.The subject course and presentation form of the public number should be diversified;the learning resource contentmodule should be reasonable and clear;the mobile equipment system should be stable and good performance.(5)building a sports teaching resource platform based on the WeChat public number,including curriculum resources,development resources,and investigation feedback three parts,including the selection module,online learning module,course inquiry module,message view module,demand feedback module and subject course message exchange module and other functional modules.(6)the function test of the sports teaching resource platform is carried out,and the obtained test data are analyzed.The results show that the functional modules of the mobile learning platform can be realized smoothly according to the requirements and achieve the expected goal.
