Gradually,fading worked-out example is example and problem solving with the combination of study way,first of all,a complete example to the learner,render the lack of a step and requires learners to complete the example,then the default step gradually increased,until the remaining need independent learners to solve a problem.Domestic and foreign studies on the worked-out example have been shown that the worked-out example has a positive effect on learning transfer,can improve the learners' ability to solve problems,promote the learners' self explanation,the impact on distant transfer learning there is no consistent conclusion.The study on the basis of existing research investigate how to more effectively promote learning transfer,according to different difficulty of learning materials,selection of feedback and self-explanation two influence factors,Investigating the influence of fading worked-out example on Transfer Learning.According to the principle of cognitive skill acquisition theory,the theory of learning transfer,this research develops a digital learning system that can arouse learners' deep thinking.Taking the 129 students of grade 2 of the Information Department of Xuanwu secondary professional school in Nanjing as the experimental object,carrying out the experiment design of fading Worked-out Example.The independent variables of this study are the difficulty level of learning materials,the presentation way of examples,Fading Worked-out Examples of whether there is feedback or whether the examples of self-explanation are triggered or not.The results showed that:(1)The promoting effect of fading worked-out example on learning transfer is related to the difficulty of learning materials.For simple learning material,fading worked-out example can significantly improve the learners'near and far transfer results.For complex learning materials,the influence of fading worked-out example on far transfer is not significant.(2)Fading worked-out example with feedback has a positive effect on learning transfer.This effect is more obvious in complex learning materials.(3)Fading worked-out example that induces self-explanation can improve the learner's transfer performance.Whether the simple learning material or the complex learning material,the examples that induce self-explanation gradually increase the learners' transfer performance,and at the same time,the influence on the complex learning materials is more significant.(4)in learning transfer,fading worked-out example that induces self-explanation is more advantageous than fading worked-out example with feedback.
