In today's era,the cultivation of innovative talents is inseparable from high-level teachers.The professional development of teachers has always been an important topic of education and even society.In particular,novice physics teachers should use the expertise of physics to cultivate innovative talents of the times,and grow rapidly in the teaching profession.The Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK)is the comprehensive quality of the teachers' related subject teaching.It is of great significance to combine the subject teaching knowledge with the true lessons to improve the teachers' PCK level and the quality of the classroom teaching.Therefore,it is of research value to improve the PCK level of novice physics teachers through lesson study.On the basis of extensive reading of relevant textbook research and the literature of Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK),this paper first makes a theoretical discussion on the application of the lesson study to the new physics teacher PCK,and defines the connotation of the novice physics teacher,the PCK of the middle school physics teachers and the lesson study.Second,the expert type,the mature type and the novice teachers analyze the "intermolecular force" with the video data of the class isomerism.Using the PCK structure framework and PFIAS to study the differences in the PCK level of the three types of teachers.It is concluded that the design and content selection of the teaching objectives and the use of the classroom teaching language can reflect the differences in the PCK level of the different teachers,and draw a conclusion to the novice type.Three points of teachers' professional growth:prepare lessons carefully before class,pay attention to raising questions in classroom teaching,and pay attention to students' main position in class teaching.Third,the writer carry out a multi round lesson research practice with "flat throwing movement".The three aspects of improvement of classroom teaching effect are the students'understanding,the knowledge of teaching strategies and the knowledge about physics.And this three improvements have a positive effect on the promotion of PCK.
