With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,the concept of student-based development is gradually deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.The new curriculum reform advocates "learning to teach".The effect of a lesson is not to see how wonderful the teacher speaks,but to see the students' learning effect.The important factors influencing the quality of novice teachers and expert teachers teaching is the teacher's level of PCK,and to study the differences between novice teachers and expert teachers from the student's point of view,not only embodies the student oriented concept of the new curriculum reform,but also help the novice teachers find their own shortcomings,improve their teaching level.Therefore,this article from the perspective of students,students from class notes as the analysis materials,construct a framework to analysis notes,reaction through the key features analysis of teacher differences between novice teachers and expert teachers in PCK,so as to better promote the growth of the novice teachers.From the students' classroom notes,expert teachers and novice teachers in the knowledge of the integrity of the little difference,but the expert teachers pay more attention to the development of the knowledge and structure knowledge presented,at the same time of strategic knowledge and procedural knowledge significantly higher degree,teaching method is more flexible,can be adjusted according to the of course content.It can be seen that the expert teachers of PCK middle school,knowledge level and novice teachers had little difference,high level of knowledge of teaching strategies,can be flexible according to the teaching ideas,teaching contents and reasonable selection of different knowledge forms,so as to promote the learning of the students.The paper mainly includes the following 7 parts:In the first part,we first clarify the reasons for the selection of the topic,point out the significance of comparative study between expert teachers and novice teachers,and compare the advantages of expert teachers and novice teachers from the perspective of students' classroom notes.The second part,literature review.This paper summarizes the differences between expert teachers and novice teachers in various aspects,and summarizes the research status of classroom notes.At the same time,it summarizes the related research of PCK and the comparative study between PCK of expert teachers andnovice teachers.Through the review and the experience of the predecessors,it lays the foundation for the determination of the analysis framework of the paper.The third part explains the purpose and task of this study.The fourth part,the theoretical basis of the study.The theoretical basis of this thesis is determined according to the theory of gadreed's curriculum level and the theoretical study of the teacher PCK.At the same time put forward from the knowledge of the integrity,the expansion of knowledge,knowledge structure,knowledge type,knowledge presentation of ideas of five dimensions of student notes analysis class notes analysis framework,and to the classroom notes index for example encoding.The fifth part,selected elements and compounds,organic compounds,the reaction principle of three kinds of inorganic non-metallic materials in "Si","material","aluminum","phenol" carboxylic acid,"salt hydrolysis","solution" a total of six class class notes of specific comparative study.The sixth part,statistical data,analysis of the results of the study.The seventh part,according to the analysis results,draws five conclusions from the following aspects: integrity of knowledge,extension of knowledge,structure of knowledge,knowledge type and presentation of knowledge.At the same time,it points out the deficiencies in the research and the necessity of further research.
