With the social development, the community is demand for teachers'degree higher and higher, so improving the professionalism of teachers is arranged spoke of the important agenda. Currently, the comparative between novice and expert teachers is an important part of teachers'improvement research and has made a little achievement on mastering the rules of teachers'improvement. Questioning in the mathematics class is very important, and takes an important role in strengthening the communication between teachers and students, understanding students'learning, promoting students'development. This paper will select math novice and expert teachers to find out the differences of questioning in class, which can provide some reference for the novice teachers' professional development.By literature analysis, class recording and survey in this paper, we can draw the following conclusions:(1) There are differences in question design. Expert teachers will be meticulous to prepare important questions before class and predict the possible problems of students and make processing issues. Questions are clear, simple, matching with students'level, and paying attention to the order and effectiveness; Novice teachers also prepare lots of questions but lack of the capacity of predicting problems and raising processing issues, and the questions are random, and some may deviate from the students'cognitive level. (2)There are differences in treatment of student's response. Expert teachers adjusting questions according to students'different answers not only reflects differences in individual, but also take into account the whole class; novice teachers mainly focus on their own teaching, seldom pay attention to students'different responses to the questions.(3) There are differences in after-school. Expert teachers' review is mainly based on student-centered, and more consider the needs and developments of students; novice teachers'review mainly focus on themselves.For these differences, the author puts forward suggestions to improve novice teachers by pre-employment training and post training to changes novice teachers into experts.
