Mathematical operation ability is not only an important ability of junior high school students but also the basis of learning mathematics.In the middle school mathematics teaching textbooks,the calculation accounts for a large proportion.Many chapters need to focus on training students' operation ability,for example,number and formula,equation and inequality,function.Part in graphics and geometry,statistics and probability also need to focus on training students' operation ability.In mathematics study,the introduction of some formula,theorem is done through equation.But in real learning,junior high school students face many problems.For example,they don't choose reasonable operation method and understand algorithm.However,the effectiveness of the new junior high school math teachers' training operational ability is not high.Therefore,it is significant to find out the reasons for the low teaching efficiency and put forward improvement countermeasures.The article interviews 30 new junior middle school mathematics teachers to analyze the understanding of the operational capability theory and the practice of training students' operation ability.Through the analysis of the answers to these questions,the author summarizes the new teachers' understanding and practice.Then the author finds out the reason that the new mathematics teachers' ability training effectiveness is not high and puts forward pertinent suggestions to help new teachers improve the effectiveness of computing power training.In this paper,through interviews and literature review,the reasons for the lack of practical efficiency of junior middle school mathematics teachers' teaching are:The new teachers have insufficient understanding of the theory about operation ability.The new teachers have a one-sided understanding of the definition,classification,the teaching material and training methods of operation.The new teachers are too dependent on intensive training.Meanwhile they ignored the importance of classroom teaching and non-intelligence factors.They emphasized the number of exercises.But they ignored the scientific training methods and failed to find practical ways to solve the difficulties students encountered in their study.Even their supervision of the students is not enough.The following teaching suggestions are put forward for these reasons:Strengthen the understanding of pedagogy and mathematics teaching theory and familiarity with the mathematics textbooks.Strengthen reasoning training and periodical training.Meanwhile the new teachers should arrange the training time and quantity reasonably.Teachers in teaching should pay attention to interpretation of the basic knowledge.They should try to let the students remember some mathematical facts,attach importance to the study of students' calculation methods and cultivate students' ability to operate flexibly.The new teachers should make students correct their attitude,cultivate students' confidence and improve their understanding of operation ability.The new teachers should pay attention to the practice of learning experienced teachers,and try to improve their own level by comparing with themselves.Whether it's a new lesson or a recitation,the new teachers should pay attention to the students' situation and solve the students' problems in time.The new teachers should continue to carry on the theory study,deeply understand the teaching,follow the trend of the times.
