An Empirical Study On The Creation Of Campus Group Gymnastics

The group calisthenics is one of the important collective sports events on campus.It has a great influence on students' physique,thoughts,and character.It is commonly seen in campus,regional celebrations,and opening ceremony performances of provincial and municipal school games.With the in-depth development of group calisthenics on campus,the promotion of its creative standards have become the key to improving the quality and degree of dissemination of the project.Through the scientific method of creation and innovation,we have effectively improved the efficiency of school sports teaching and enabled students to participate in sports with more innovative content and diversified in pattern,meanwhile raised the efficiency of sports class and students' sports activities,enriched campus life,and comprehensively demonstrated their comprehensive strength.This paper takes the establishment of campus group gymnastics as an empirical study,explores a campus group formation mode with universally practical value,the aim is to response to the call of "sunshine sports" and "national fitness",and meet the need of theoretical development of group gymnastics creation.This paper focuses on the creation of group calisthenics(the demonstration of the group gymnastics performance at the opening ceremony of the 11th Middle School Student Games in Shanxi Province),using literature,fieldwork,video analysis,case studies,and logical analysis,a detailed analysis was carried out on the five parts of thematic ideas and performance techniques,motion design,formation and pattern design,artistic decoration selection,and advance and exit.In addition,the following analysis comes from the analysis of the creation process of Dream of flying in the case of the author's participation:1.The theme' of the group calisthenics is demonstrated by highlighting regional characteristics,promoting the spirit of sports,highlighting the characteristics of a"Health education," and demonstrating the comprehensive strength of the school.The design of the movement starts from the actual situation of the performers and has a distinctive theme.Perfect combination with the changes of the team-shaped pattern,the overall performance is effective;the transformation of the formation and pattern includes static,dynamic,three-dimensional,various changes,each with its own characteristics;the choice of art decoration,and the performance of action,modeling The perfect cooperation enhances the effect of the performance;the designs of the entrance and exit follow the principle of rapid and orderly,leaving the audience greater visual impact in a short period of time.2 The campus group gymnastics is based on the theme of the campus,which highlights the characteristics of the school and students,embodies advanced learning concepts,strong campus culture and unique management models,thus shows strong overall strength of a school.The innovative and efficient group gymnastics performance can greatly enhance the comprehensive quality and strength of the participants.3 The insufficiency of school group gymnastics creation currently exists:First,most of the group calisthenics performances are in open-air playgrounds during the day.They have not applied modern high-tech and multimedia to the compilation and performance,and the performance of group calisthenics has been stagnant.Second,weak faculty on creation,and few schools formed a team of professionally-created professionals.As a result,the entire composition process was harder due to the lack of professional teams.Third,some schools and their leaders do not attach great importance on the performance of group gymnastics.Students spend most of their school time studying,neglecting the balanced development of students' morality,intelligence,and beauty,thus affecting the further development of group gymnastics on the campus.Hear are some reasonable suggestions for the problems mentioned above:1.Schools should increase investment in hardware facilities.They can arrange the performance of group gymnastics in indoor venues,or try to perform group calisthenics at night,break the mode of daytime performance,and make full use of the different effects of lighting to create a visual feast.2.Emphasis on the establishment of the strength of group gymnastics teachers,the school should find professional teachers who are good at group gymnastics creation,as well as the organization of existing training team workers to go out for training and learning,strengthening the overall strength and professional qualities of the group gymnastics creation team.3.Schools and their leaders should have a deep understanding of the value of group calisthenics.They can set up group calisthenics courses at the school so that teachers and students can become interested in it after a deep learning.
