As soon as the thought of teacher reflection has been put forward,it has attracted the attention of experts and scholars from all over the world,and it has always been a hot issue of concern.In 2017,the standard of ordinary high school mathematics curriculum in the teacher implementation curriculum standard gives a few suggestions to teachers,it says teacher should be to their own teaching experience continuously reflection and transcendence.The new period also puts forward the new requirement to the high school mathematics course study,the teacher only stays in the original teaching experience does not carry on the teaching reflection,It is difficult to complete the objectives of the course,especially for young teachers.It is a problem for young teachers to develop into strong mathematics professional knowledge and strong mathematics teaching knowledge as soon as possible,so it is necessary to study how teachers criticize their teaching behavior and how to reflect effectively.This thesis is divided into five chapters: The first two chapters introduce the purpose and significance of this study,the development of teaching reflection,and the current research situation of mathematics teaching reflection.We have more comprehensive understanding of teaching reflection through combing and exploring theoretical knowledge;The third chapter uses the interview method to understand the current high school mathematics teacher's problem,it realizes that the reflection of high school young teachers is not in place,some reflection is only form,it does not form the consciousness of thinking about the problems in teaching,even some teachers have the consciousness of reflection but do not know how to reflect.In the fourth chapter,combined with Bulubaqieer's reflective teaching mode,the author puts forward the thinking and method of teaching reflection from the first three stages of teaching practice,and provides a large number of case studies to help readers understand.The fifth chapter gives the methods of writing reflective diary and teaching cases,and instructs young teachers to reflect on teaching more comprehensively.Teaching reflection can play a greater role in promoting the professional development of young high school mathematics teachers,and play a positive role in building good teacher-student relationship and enable young high school mathematics teachers to embody their values and improve job burnout.Only by constantly strengthening the study of reflection theory and applying it to teaching practice,young teachers can become mature teachers as soon as possible.
