Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Sports And Leisure Characteristic Towns In Shandong Province

The construction of sports and leisure featured townships is an important measure to meet the sports and leisure needs of the masses.It is an important starting point for the country to advance the reform of the sports supply side,accelerate poverty reduction,and implement new urbanization,and it has an important role in promoting comprehensive fitness and building a“healthy China”.Great significance.In May 2017,the State Sports General Administration proposed the construction of sports and leisure towns,which promoted the upsurge of construction of sports and leisure featured towns nationwide.In August of the same year,the State Sports General Administration selected96 first sports and leisure specialties.The town's pilot project,five sports and leisure towns in Shandong Province were successfully selected,including the Linfen Feixian Xujiaya Aviation Sports Town,the Yantai Nanshan Sports and Leisure Town,the Weifang International Sports and Leisure Town,and the Rizhao Binhai Sports Town.,Jimo hot springs Tianquan sports leisure town,the town into the fast lane construction.The five characteristic sports and leisure towns in Shandong Province are typical of the sports and leisure towns in Shandong Province.Their construction status has important influence on the construction of the town in the future.In order to sum up experiences and learn lessons,this article through the investigation of the construction status of sports and leisure featured towns in Shandong Province,finds its problems and explores development countermeasures,with a view to providing reference for the construction of sports and leisure featured towns.Firstly,this article collects and sorts relevant materials through the literature data method,sorts out the relevant literature and data of featured towns and sports featured towns,and lays the foundation for the next step of research;secondly,it uses questionnaires,interviews,and field trips to collect small items.The town's data materials will examine the town's infrastructure,spatial layout,key forms of business,current activities,operation and management,business benefits,and problems in the township,to further understand the actual development of sports and leisure towns;again,Through mathematical statistics,through the use of SPSS software,statistical analysis of the survey data,the use of factor analysis method to cluster out the problems of the town;Finally,the development strategy of the town was proposed.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)The characteristic towns of sports and recreation in Shandong Province experiencedtwo stages of slow development and rapid development.The types of sports and leisure towns include event-type sports and recreation featured towns,recreation and leisure sports and recreation towns,leisure sports and leisure features.Three types of town.(2)The infrastructure in the small sports and leisure towns in Shandong Province is generally imperfect.There are problems such as explanations and explanations of facilities,catering,shopping,and accommodation facilities;the spatial functions of the township and the layout of space are unique.The division and layout of functional areas and space use are more reasonable.(3)The characteristics of key sports and leisure towns in Shandong province are not prominent,and the degree of innovation is poor;township activities are well developed,activities,space,types,and quality are better,but the number of activities can not fully meet the demand;Town operations management and operating efficiency are more general.(4)The problems of the sports and leisure towns in Shandong Province mainly include five types of issues,such as the lack of key business status,low level of operation and management,lack of integration of production and cities,lack of formation of the value chain of sports industry,and inaccurate positioning of feature planning.(5)The foreign sports towns focus on endowment with natural conditions,featured prominent sports themes,and "sports +" as the core of the complete sports featured industrial chain,worth learning from.(6)The development of featured small sports and leisure towns in Shandong Province should focus on upgrading key formats,enhancing product project innovation,increasing the number of carrier projects,and carrying out diversified sports activities;optimizing operation management,enhancing propaganda and brand building,and improving service levels.Operational management capabilities,and strict control of real estate trends.(7)The development of small sports and leisure towns in Shandong Province should promote the integration of cities and towns,create a value chain for sports industries,dig deep into all kinds of resources,fully integrate with sports culture,improve the characteristics of planning and design,and highlight the theme of sports.
