Over the past four decades of reform and opening up,China's information technology has achieved unprecedented development.All walks of life are conducting informatization construction and the popularization of informatization,which has effectively increased the efficiency of production work.Especially in colleges and universities,only by following the trend of informatization can we enhance our soft power and advance with the times.The construction of internal audit work in colleges and universities is a very important issue related to the management of schools,the order of finances and regulations,and the lawful rights and interests of schools.It is necessary to research and analyze the informationization of the internal audit quality management system in colleges and universities.This article is written in conjunction with the actual status of internal audit quality management in the Yunnan Vocational and Technical College of Communications.Before the paper was written,the project background and research and application status of the university internal audit quality management system were studied in detail.The research background and significance of this article were given in the article,and my work was introduced in detail.Through the UML modeling technology and object-oriented development ideas to conduct a detailed modeling of this article,this article is divided into audit plan management,preparation of audit implementation plan,on-site audit,issue audit report,audit rectification and feedback,basic data management,Seven major functional modules such as system management are combined with database technology after modeling to analyze the system.This article first uses the organization chart to introduce the organizational situation of the internal audit department of the Yunnan Vocational and Technical College of Communications.Then it analyzes the original business process and optimization process of the relevant business through the swim lane chart.Secondly,it uses the chart and the use case diagram to carry out business functions.Analysis,to illustrate the core functions of this paper's research and analysis,and finally establish a related database table,through the thumbnails for data analysis,and at the end of the text gives a summary and outlook.
