Research And Analysis Of The Graduate Employment Management System Of Yunnan National Defense Industry Vocational And Technical College

When the big data period comes,the level of social informatization has gradualy deepened.information management systems are becoming increasingly important in the world of work,and the demand for informational functions is also increasing and improving.This thesis is in the perspective of Univeristy Students Emplyment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center of Yunnan national Defense Industry Vocational and Technical College,based on the actual condition of college students' employment,research for the graduate employment management system.From the purpose and significance,and the current status in China,state it combine with the work.It elaborates the research object,content and operations,and clarifies the specific functions,operating steps and procedures of the thesis research.Find problems from the original business to optimized business and the employment management procedure.While the original business process is described with UML flowchart,the optimized business process description and analysis description are made with UML flowchart.In this thesis' research and content function analysis,it has made example analysis and statement by flowchart drawings.The specific function of the employment management system is divided.The specific functional performance of the system is described by means of the overall functional structure and the classification structure of each functional module.Meanwhile,the function package diagram of the main modules of the system is given according to the functional example.Using object-oriented UML modeling techniques to build modules of main function and module of analysis system,to solve some works' complex procedure.The main function modules of the system are: Enterprise Recruitment Management,Graduate Job Search Management,Employment Agreement Management,Employment Management,Graduate File Management,Related Data Analysis and others(Downloading,File Query).It analyzed the related database,and has built the employment system analysis and research content's database table structure.It concludes this employment management system research and analysis at the end of this paper,expect and think about future employment system informatization according to the current information high standards and trends.
