"General high school geography curriculum standard(2017 Edition)" points out:"adhere to the basic,diversity,selectivity,to meet the needs of the students' own development","scientific assessment of the cognitive level of students,the overall reflection of the development of students' geographical core literacy".This means that the current "one size fits all" design operation is obviously unable to meet students'different geographical learning needs.This traditional way of work design will make the students with excellent results can not improve their exercise and waste their time and energy.But the students with poor performance can not get the promotion,and they are tired of learning and plagiarism.The differences between students are objective.As teachers need to face this point,they should be designed to reduce the gap between students,so that every student can be developed.Through the analysis of the current research status at home and abroad,we can find that there are not many studies on the design of Geography in senior high school.This paper is based on individualized teaching theory,multiple intelligence theory and the theory of proximal development zone.In order to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of the study,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were adopted to study the present situation of geography homework and work design in high school from the perspective of students and teachers.The author finds that the number and difficulty of the geography work design are uniform to the whole,and the objectives and contents of the geography work design are too single,and the geographical operation is too sloppy.Then,combined with the conclusion of the current situation,under the guidance of relevant theories,we carried out the implementation of the senior middle school geography layering design.According to the research of the theoretical basis,the design scheme of geography stratified operation in senior high school is preliminarily constructed,and the design principles of senior high school geography are summed up in combination with the actual teaching situation and learning situation,and then from the stratification of students and the layering(from the four aspects of job difficulty,quantity,time and goal)and the guidance and correction of the stratified operation.In terms of evaluation,the design practice of geographical assignment for selected experimental class students is studied.In order to further explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation scheme,through the comparison and analysis of the pre test,the middle test and the post test results of the experimental class and the control class and the interview with the individual students,it is found that the implementation of the high school geographic stratified work design can indeed improve the students' performance in a certain degree,especially the progress of the students with difficulties in learning.It has a positive effect on the improvement of class atmosphere and the balanced development of education.
