The new curriculum advocates the change of learning mode and lays emphasis on the formation of developmental goals.As an important part of the new curriculum,the new curriculum standard is a basic programmatic document of the national curriculum.The new curriculum standard reflects the basic standards and quality requirements of the national basic education curriculum,and is the basis for compiling,teaching,evaluating and testing.According to the chemistry Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011),the learning objective is the soul of every chemistry lesson.Learning objective is the starting point of all kinds of learning activities,but also the final destination.Assignment is essentially a learning activity.Pre-class,in-class and after-class assignments are learning activities before,during and after class,and the reasonable design may effectively serve the achievement of learning objectives.Pre-assignment is Pre-learning activities.Its main function should be to detect the learning situation and enlighten thinking.The main function of learning activities should be meaning construction.The general process includes "discussion and exchange of homework before class","in-depth problem" and "teacher guidance".As an after-school learning activity,the main role of homework should be evaluation.It mainly consists of selfevaluation of the process and method and testing of knowledge and skills.This study adopts literature method,investigation method and practice method.This paper constructs a chemistry teaching strategy which is oriented by learning objectives and is coordinated by pre-class,in-class and after-class homework.The effect of teaching practice is verified by designing teaching practice examples,recycling student and teacher questionnaire,as well as the data analysis of the questionnaire.In this study,the research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Collect,analyze and summarize the domestic and foreign research on learning objectives and pre-class,in-class,after-class homework.It lays a solid and powerful foundation for the research.(2)The research analyze the significance,function,relationship and design method of learning objectives and pre-class,in-class,after-class homework.The purpose is to build a chemistry teaching strategy which is oriented by learning objectives and is coordinated by pre-class,in-class and after-class homework.(3)The research takes "Water purification","carbon dioxide","Burning and extinguishing" as examples to carry out teaching practice research.The effectiveness of learning-goal-oriented chemistry teaching strategies was analyzed and verified by the feedback from questionnaires.The research results show that setting the situation before class saves time for classroom teaching,arouses students’ thirst for knowledge and detects the learning situation.The assignment before,during and after class all take the students’ learning activities as the clue,which strengthens the students’ dominant position.Designing assignments before,during and after class based on learning objectives ensures the achievement of learning objectives.
