Evaluating behavior is an essential part of middle school Chinese language class.The novice teachers must develop the ability of evaluating in order to teach Chinese language well,but at present,the novice teachers in middle school are facing difficulties in the evaluating behavior.Therefore,through classroom observation,interviews and other methods to research the current situation of the evaluation-language,the author conclude the problems of evaluation-language that exist in Chinese class of middle school,and try to make an attribution of existing problems,and finally put forward some corresponding improvement strategies.This paper consists of three main parts:First,analyzing the middle school Chinese teachers' ability of evaluation-language in the dialogue teaching theoretically:1.It discussed that evaluation-language is an important part of Chinese dialogue teaching;2.It discussed the importance of the development of Chinese novice teachers' evaluation ability in middle school;3.It clarified the requirements of middle school Chinese novice teachers' ability of Evaluating behavior and the factors that might limit their development.Second,this part is about current situation of Chinese teaching in middle school.Using classroom observation and interviews,selected three middle school novice Chinese teacher and a proficient teacher as samples,the comparative study has two dimensions,one is between the novice teachers and the proficient teacher,the other is between the three novice teachers,obtained results are as follows:1.the novice teachers and the proficient teacher's comparison shows that middle school novice teacher's evaluating ability is poorer than the proficient teachers,suggesting that experience and deep understanding of the evaluating behavior make much difference to the development of novice teachers' ability of evaluating.2.The case study among the novice teachers shows that:the school language teaching environment has a positive impact on the development of Chinese middle school novice teachers' evaluating ability,but the difference between academic qualifications and entry years has no obvious influence on the development of Chinese middle school novice teachers' evaluating ability.This shows that the positive factors that promote the development of the novice teachers' evaluating ability in the the beginning of occupation have a positive impact on the development of the novice teachers' evaluating ability.3.Through the classroom observation and teachers'interviews,the feedback gap between novice and expert teacher due to:(1)the lack of understanding of feedback essences;(2)the lack of proficient teachers' guidance;(3)the lack of evaluating behavior experience.Third,the author put forward the suggestions on the development of middle school Chinese novice teachers' evaluating ability:first,having a clear answer consciousness,learning knowledge of evaluation-language;second,researching for practice,accumulating a practical wisdom;finally,proficient teachers should strength the guidance for novice teacher.
