With the continuous development of logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities,SCLG university logistics companies gradually adopt the enterprise management mode.The contract staff is the main force for the logistics company,and how to attract,motivate and retain the contract staff is one of the core issues of the logistics company’s human resource management.And a sound and perfect salary system can effectively attract,motivate and retain employees,thus becoming a powerful tool to solve this problem.In this paper,on the basis of the compensation management theory,combining with the design method of compensation,through to the SCLG college logistics company contract staff the present situation of human resource and the existing compensation system research and analysis,find the shortcomings and problems existing in the compensation system,and on this basis,combining with the actual status of the logistics company,according to the characteristics of the different positions and different staff,using the compensation methods of investigation,analysis,job evaluation,combining with the hillock effect firewood wage mode and comprehensive compensation theory,the SCLG college logistics company compensation system optimization design was carried out on the back,to the design can improve employee satisfaction and motivation,Reduce the turnover rate of contract staff,break the long-standing identity difference of logistics company,realize equal pay for equal work,and put the company’s human resource management on a benign development path.
