Strike technique is the main content of martial art.Attack and defense technology is the simplest and practical technology in martial arts.Through the learning of various kinds of sports such as attack and defense technology and combat,such as the basic movements of wrestling,holding,hitting,kicking,beating,and stabbing,and it can ultimately improve and enhance physical fitness,enhance self-defense and self-discipline,temper the will and cultivate moral sentiments.However,in the process of teaching,when it finds that teachers are very careful to explain the action of martial art to students,the students do not show great interest,especially when teachers are giving a demonstration to students,there is a phenomenon that students' interest is not fully aroused.To a certain extent,the teaching of martial art does not play the best value effect,and it leads to a result that the majority of high school students fail to master martial art skills and techniques consciously.If the attack and defense technology of martial art is the daily key point of the teaching,and teachers penetrate the attack and defense technology in martial art teaching,it can not only able to inherit the spirit of martial art correctly,but also can change the traditional and boring teaching methods and master the key of the technique correctly.Fully excavating students' interest and hobbies in martial art,and making them participate in martial art training,it will improve their consciousness and enthusiasm in learning martial art finally.This article mainly aims at teaching martial art in high schools and studies it through attack and defense techniques.The subjects are six classes in Meng Zhuang middle school,and four classes(117 people)are selected randomly.The experimental class is composed of Class 1(17 boys and 13 girls)and Class4(16 boys and 12 girls),while the controlling class is from Class3(16 boys,13 girls)and Class5(16 boys and 14 girls,).It has cost a half of semester to carry on the contrast teaching.In order to ensure the rigor of the experiment,the research controls the independent variables,and the main content of the contrast class teaching is teaching the 17 movement of the Youth Stipulates Fist Movements,there are Bow cross push,T-step clasping,swing arm half squat smashing,kicking,swinging arms over waist bow lift and so on.The teaching content of the experimental class is divided into two main contents,there are first,Tai Chi offensive and defensive routines: turn around and pick up,step up and squeeze hands,hold feet and hold balls,break up progress,break up the planting hammer,etc.eight basic movements,second,early,middle,advanced pushing hands teaching.From the data collection and analysis,the paper analyzes the research results briefly.?,The HR rest of experimental class and control class has difference with control classes in pre-test after the experiment.However,this difference does not explain the problem,and there is no obvious difference in others.Although there is a certain improvement of long jump,but there is no obvious difference.The one minute rope skipping has obvious changes.?,There is a big difference in post-test,the pre-test,the contrast pre-test and the contrast post-test(p<0.05),but the control class does not have this changes.This shows that attack and defense practice significantly improves students' ability of one minute rope skipping and at the same time the students' ability of 50 m running is also improved.From the contrastive analysis of the degree of affection,satisfaction,importance and academic achievement of martial art classes,it is found that in the level of love,the students in the experimental class have a distinct difference from the control class after the experiment,and the difference is very significant before and after the experiment,but there is no difference in the control class.In the level of satisfaction,it is found there is difference between the experimental class and the control class,but not obvious.In the level of academic achievement,there is no obvious difference between the results of the two classes before and after the experiment.In the aspect of the cognition of the importance of the martial art class,After completing the teaching of attack and defense in experimental class,and there is a very obvious difference the two classes.(P=0.002<0.01).In other words,after a long time of attack and defense teaching,from the feedback of the students,they have greatly improved in the degree of love,satisfaction and cognition of the importance of the martial art class.This paper discusses the influence of the teaching method of attack and defense technique on the students' learning of martial art.Through this teaching method,it can effectively improve the students' physical quality,analyze the existing problems in the present teaching process,and put forward the strategies to strengthen the attack and defense teaching,and finally promote the development of the Chinese traditional martial art.The experiment shows that the teaching of attack and defense technique of martial art can make students understand the key,path,position and method of action correctly,and improve the comprehensive physical ability of students' sensitivity,strength,speed and quick response,so as to effectively improve the effect of martial art teaching in middle school.
