Research On The Construction Of Academic Atmosphere In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

As a basic project of colleges and universities,the construction of study style has important strategic significance in the cultivation of higher talents.As the main front for cultivating high-quality talents in new age,colleges and universities should take cultivating people as the core and take the virtue as the foundation,and implement the two fundamental tasks to all aspects of university work.In the process of strengthening the ideological and political education,we should fully combine the construction of study style to promote the cultivation of socialist builders and successors of moral,intellectual,and aesthetic development.However,at present,there are still different levels of problems in the construction of study style in China's colleges and universities,which cannot be matched with the requirements of talent cultivation in the new era.Therefore,studying the subject of academic style construction in the perspective of ideological and political education is of far-reaching significance in promoting the cultivation of higher talents.Based on the actual situation of the construction of study style in colleges and universities,this paper carefully analyzes the achievements and problems of the construction of study style in colleges and universities in the perspective of ideological and political education,and makes corresponding countermeasures analysis.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the concepts of the construction of study style in colleges and universities in the perspective of ideological and political education,this paper explores the elationship between ideological and political education and the construction of study style in colleges and universities and the significance of the construction of study style in the perspective of ideological and political education.Secondly,combined with the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the achievements,especially the existing problems,in the current study style construction.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures.Colleges and universities should fully combine ideological and political education to strengthen the construction of study style:improve the cognitive level of teachers and students and enhance their initiative to participate in the construction of academic style;improve rules and regulations to ensure the formation of good style of study;build an activity platform and a good learning style;strengthen ideological and political education and implement the fundamental task of"cultivating virtue and cultivating people".
