The Research On The Construction Of Postgraduates’ Style Of Study In Higher Education

The style of study has been the focus of attention of academic field and thewhole society. The style of study in higher education is the concentrated expression of university students’study,life, discipline and other aspects. Good style of study is the valuable spiritual wealth of the school,the basic expression of teaching style and school style,the essential guarantee of improving teaching quality of universities and cultivating high quality talents, is an important symbol of measuring good educational environment. In recent years,with the continuous enrollment of postgraduate students, and meanwhile affected by social atmosphere , a series of postgraduate study style problems such as learning with utilitarian purposes, loose learning attitude, unscientific learning methods,low-spirited learning interest poor self-discipline abilities, bad academic morale problems are emerging. Postgraduate education is the key of higher education, postgraduates of colleges and universities are the main force in knowledge innovation and dissemination ,are the backbone of the future social development. Therefore, consolidating postgraduate study style, will be the organic component in the disciplinary construction,will be of great significance for the future sustainable development of higher education .Firstly, analysing the basic connotation of style of study from a modern view angle,according to the features of modern postgraduate students,stating the significance of the construction of postgraduate style of study, which paves a road for the later development and research of postgraduate study style.In addition,analysing the results of the questionnaire survey,and summarizing exsiting problems of current postgraduate style of study,then analysing the reasons of causing these problems.Finally,discussing five measures to enhance postgraduate study style in detail from five different aspects: the first is to strengthen ideological and political education of postgraduate students, providing spiritual motivation for cultivating good style of study , the second is to strengthen the building of teachers’ethics and teaching style, playing teachers’example role in the constructiom of study style, the third is to improve postgraduates’academic ability and scientific research ability,the fourth is to perfect incentives mechanism of study style and relative systems of academic norm, the fifth is to strengthen the construction of campus culture,creating a good atmosphere for study style construcion,...
