| During the development of basketball in more than a hundred years,the types of technical actions and tactical coordination are increasing day by day,each of which has its own use,and its use is varied and colorful.Technology is the basis of tactical execution.Tactics is the organizational form of technical application.They complement each other in basketball competitions and are indispensable.With the popularity of "running and bombing tactics" and "five small tactics",the position of traditional center has been weakened.However,small forward plays a decisive role in the team.Through the observation of players' database,it is found that the average data of NBA elite small forwards in the playoffs are mostly higher than that of the regular season,while some data of CBA elite small forwards in the playoffs are lower than that of the regular season.This phenomenon is extremely unfavorable to the long-term development of our local elite small forwards.By comparing with the application of techniques and tactics of NBA excellent small forward in the playoffs,we can learn the advantages of NBA excellent small forward,so as to make up for the shortcomings of local excellent small forward.By using the methods of documentation,expert interviews,video observation and statistics,mathematical statistics,logic and comparative analysis,this paper makes a comparative study of the technical and tactical application of the top five excellent small forwards in CBA and NBA playoff offensive efficiency,mainly on age,body shape,scoring form,scoring means,breakthroughs,individual strong strikes,ball control and domination,etc.By comparing and analyzing the specific statistical indicators such as rebound grabbing,offensive foul making,ball-free placement,ball-free movement,tactical basic cooperation and fast attack,the paper reveals the shortcomings and advantages of our small forward in offensive techniques and tactics,and provides the basis for the training of our small forward.The final conclusions are as follows:(1)From the point of view of age and body shape,CBA and NBA excellent small forward are in the best competitive stage,the height gap is relatively small;NBA excellent small forward body width,circumference and thickness are more dominant,more antagonistic,CBA excellent small forward is relatively thin,less antagonistic.(2)There are no significant differences in the three indicators of scoring form,but the accuracy and stability of NBA excellent small forwards are slightly higher than others;CBA excellent small forwards have a single scoring method,the effect of other scoring methods under high-intensity confrontation is not good,their movements are changeable,their stability is poor,and they have certain advantages in dribbling jump shots;The scope of breakthrough and the success rate of CBA excellent small forwards need to be strengthened;CBA excellent small forwards are less frequent in each region,lack of self-confidence,poor physical confrontation,low success rate.(3)In the technology of non-shooting with the ball,the excellent small forward of CBA has the ability to get rid of the defense in controlling and assisting the ball,the pertinence and threat of passing the ball are not strong,the speed of transferring the ball is slow,and the form of assisting is single;the excellent small forward of CBA relies too much on height in grabbing forward rebounds,mainly on landing point grabbing,lacks the consciousness of judging the direction of rebounds,and lacks the skills of aerial grabbing;Excellent small forwards do not have enough lethality to break through the inside line with the ball,and lack of experience in rational use of the body and "cheating" fouls(4)In participating in the cooperation of ball-free attack,the excellent small forward of NBA pays more attention to the comprehensiveness of the inside and outside positions,while the excellent small forward of CBA relies too much on the outside positions;on mobile,the excellent small forward of CBA mainly moves towards the air area and towards the basketball,while the excellent small forward of NBA mainly moves towards the air area and controls in situ.(5)In participating in offensive tactical cooperation,CBA excellent small forwards mostly use air cutting,ball-free cover and breakthrough in basic tactical cooperation,but seldom cooperate in all passes and ball cover.NBA excellent small forwards often use ball cover,high and low position strategy and breakthrough cooperation,but seldom in all passes and ball-free cover.The forwards have dribbled the ball forward mainly,in the end stage,the CBA excellent small forwards are mainly at the end of the basketball,while the NBA excellent small forwards are mainly at the end of the dunk. |
